This was my first time in Mexico at an all inclusive. Villa del palmar was more than I expected. Every single staff member was exceptional. The amenities were outstanding. The whole resort was very clean and well maintained.

Everything was awesome. Our room was gorgeous and house-keeping was on top of it! We loved the pool and beach service and the service was excellent in every respect! We hated to leave to come back to snowy Ohio. While I like to travel to different areas and different resorts I am considering going back to this resort in the near future. The room was in decent condition but there were remnants from a previous tenant, such as sleeping masks in the shower and a running toilet. The constant near pleading for tips or overbearing servers put a bit of a damper over our holidays.

Could be more simple drink and food services If you don’t want to book or missed to book It should have designated place to eat lunch or dinner Every drink you need to sign to remind you need to tip. I usually do cash tip so when you are wearing resort bracelet no need to do all formality of signing Also should East Indian food menu at least some in one restaurant. As being Vegetarian there were only test less options.
