The service was excellent and the staff was very hospitable. Our waiter on the beach, Edher was prompt and very accommodating with our dinner reservations. I highly recommend this resort, we will return.

My wife and I had a great time. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great shows and food. Reviews are really important to me before I stay somewhere. There were quite a few things that I either wasn’t able to get answers to in other reviews or were inaccurate. Hope the below helps someone else: Security- about half my family acted like I was crazy when I said we were going to Cancun, especially during COVID. It was very safe from the airport to the resort. The resort itself is behind two security checkpoints and there are security around but you have to pay attention or they blend into the background (which is good in my opinion). Clean/COVID-19- they do not require masks, however there were only a handful of times I even felt like I needed one because of how spaced out everything is. For instance, when we were leaving the theater and everyone was congregating at the exit we wore a mask. The staff all wear masks correctly at all times. They also offer COVID tests for free for your trip home. We constantly saw the staff sanitizing and cleaning the property. Preferred Club- some reviews said it wasn’t necessary so we didn’t get it. While the actual preferred club lounge access is not a big deal because other reviewers are right in that you can just walk in, I do believe it is worth it in hindsight because the “preferred club” rooms are closer to the water. You also cannot get food service (you can get drink service) on the beach if you are not in the preferred club

We had an amazing time at this resort. Food was good. The staff was so awesome and very friendly. Special shoutout to the staff- Benito, Dennis, Dylan, Angel, Fernando, Sheydl, Carlos, and Ezequiel. The evening entertainment was wonderful. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to come back in the future. They were also very good about covid-19 precautions and safety.

Secrets is nothing short of amazing. All of the employees are wonderful, and the resort is so nice!! It is in a more secluded area than the hotel zone, and very relaxing. We plan to make another trip!

It’s a beautiful property. Loved the location with all the greenery and beach was beautiful. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas running around everywhere and the birds. Our family had an amazing vacation. We loved everything about this resort from the location, staff, amenities and the food.
