Loved our time there and we will most likely come again! Pros: rooms were so clean and luxurious, the spa was amazing, food was really good and they were very accommodating with my sons allergy, staff was great Cons: I just wish there was something else for kids to do such as a playground or a small water park or slide. I was annoyed that the carousel rides cost extra when there wasn't a ton for kids to do. I also didn't like being hastled to do the time share breakfast when I just wanted to set up an excursion without that.

The rooms are amazing, grounds are kept beautifully and the food is amazing. However, the service is really what stands out here. This was our second time staying at Garza this year, and we made sure to text our butlers before coming back. Arcos and Sostenes once again went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed back. They literally took care of everything for us! They made sure we got our same room from the first visit since we loved it so much, had a welcome gift waiting for us in our room, took the time to have balloon animals made for our daughter, got us dinner reservations each night- and the list goes on! Also, Dao is hands down our favorite restaurant! Fernando and Miguel are great and even recognized us from our first stay! They took the time to bring out special desserts, make a special frozen mocktail for our daughter- and of course, the service was top notch. I cannot remember her name, but one of the waitresses in the lobby bar was the best. She would come right up to us as soon as we arrived, already knew our order, and would make us right at home! In the gourmet hall, we did have one exceptional waiter on Halloween. I do not remember his name, but his costume was a yellow rain jacket, and he had a red balloon tied to his wrist. He took the time to talk to us about our stay, ask us our feedback on the resort, and even gave recommendations on ideal times to return to Garza! As we were leaving, our bell boy, Feruin took care of everything!

We enjoyed our four night stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and The staff was also great. Very professional and friendly. Food was very good with one unfortunate exception. Blanca Blue was our favorite restaurant with Dao coming a close second. The exception was Bocados Steakhouse. We were quite disappointed with the service there, as well as some of food we ordered. But that really is the only negative experience during our stay. I would not hesitate to go back to this property.
