I visited the resort with my family on Easter week of 2026. The property and the room was clean, the specialty restaurants and the buffet had a very good selection of foods. The only store on the property had very expensive items. Be sure that don't forget anything home because the prices were double or triple there without any other choices. What really bothers me about this resort is the excessive noise all hours of the day or night. It seems there's no noise barrier so anyone outside in the yard or hallways talking or screaming is like they're next to you in the bed.

We couldn’t believe the view was real every single morning. Thank you to the wonderful staff for all the work they do to keep the grounds clean and beautiful. There was always a smile. The pools were so fun to be at to watch the activities and just even people watch. We will definitely be back!

Way too big and too many floors to only have one elevator per side. Told them I'm 73 and need a lower floor than the 3rd floor, didn't even attempt to accommodate my request. Just flat out said no. Food was terrible, even in their "specialty" restaurants. Basically lived on cantaloupe, honeydew melon, hot dogs, and ice cream. Spent $90US in their shop, some shirts and suntan lotion, and they wouldn't even put the merchandise in a bag unless I paid for the bag. Terrible customer service.

Great overall experience. Wish an infant didn't get charged as full adult. Would have appreciated a screen on sliding room in bedroom since mosquitos got in. Room was great! Staff was friendly and professional. Place was about 45 minute drive from airport. Huge variety in food options. Enjoyed the restaurants and buffet as well. Water park and slides were super fun! The warm temp water in the pool was nice since it was a little windy and chilly when we were there. Overall good experience with the family!

We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The food overall was poor, with breakfast being the only meal that was somewhat decent. The so called "sports bar" was underwhelming—you had to microwave your own burgers and hot dogs, and the nachos came with artificial cheese. The rooms were unattractive and lacked comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

-Pools were nice but some had chunks of hair floating around in them. Pool bars were excellent but please keep the food out of the pools. One pool bar pools,with a table , had onions amongst other toppings floating around in the pool. -Rooms were nice and clean but the beds are pretty hard. -24 hr sports bar is very good hand out at 11pm. Excellent evening bartender with fast service Disco club was a big thumbs down for me. It’s extremely loud in a small shoe box room with no ventilation. - Staff were amazing in every way. Whether you’re at any of the restaurants or buffet or anywhere on the property they were very helpful . The evening entertainment was very boring. The only fun thing that kept people around was the karaoke. Playing evening games on a screen in which you need an iPad or iPhone to play is ridiculous. People can do this at home. I know I’m not interested into this also met others on the property that were not happy as well. -kids Club girls were great and amazing with the children. Our daughter had so much fun with the staff working at the Kids club
