If you are looking for a quiet, smaller, more intimate all inclusive vacation this resort is for you. Great food, clean property, very attentive staff. Tips are expected. You will get a cheque with the zero balance at the end of each meal with a tip option. Smart way to encourage tips. The day entertainment team were so much fun! Alejandra, Grecia, Mishele are the best!!! There isn’t a lot of evening entertainment but it wasn’t a problem. The evenings were quiet and enjoyable. A bit of a construction going on around the property, but the management did a good job to keep it somewhat discrete and not disruptive.

Trip was relaxing! Having a private pool was great. Food at the restaurants tasted good. The water pressure in the shower felt amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our concierge, Melissa.The complimentary airport transfers were convenient. Only negative was there were two short episodes of blackouts. This place is best for relaxation but not if you want a lot of things to do.

The property was amazing. Tristan our concierge was outstanding! We had a master suite with private pool and delightful! Puerto Morelos very safe and close! Highly recommend!

Great service and the overall grounds and building and rooms was in immaculate shape. Small resort, but they keep it in excellent condition. Had an issue with AC, it was fixed within an hour. In room dining is solid. Definitely a relaxed place, not a party atmosphere.

Grand Residence continues to be a great option for the family, with fabulous services and overall quality. However, the ($$$) signature food options on the menus need to removed, it doesn’t do justice to the “Grand” all-inclusive plan.

With exception for the front desk staff, all other staff members were exceptional!! I couldn’t figure out why the front desk employees were so rude. Dining selections were outstanding. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax.

The place is so nice and relaxing! We did the in Villa dining, spa, pool, deep sea fishing and the chef cooked it for us. The staff is truly amazing The airport shuttle is fabulous and so prompt and easy Only cons is check in with Diana so condescending and no upgrades as stated by Expedia and everything closes at 10pm If you are looking for a relaxing chill place that you will go to your room early this is for you!

I like how the kids pool and the adults pool was close enough which enables the adults to watch over their kids while having fun. I wish there was more resturants on the facility. The kids club is the best i have seen so far and the staff at the kids club are so amazing!!!
