Staff friendly and accommodating , beautiful swim out king room with lovely view. Only recommendation is never let the gift shop run out of bug spray ( mosquito repellant ) they did not know when next shipment coming in but had hundreds of bottles of suntan lotion. It is an easy fix.

Hotel, staff, and entertainment crew were amazing. The food could be a little better at the buffet, felt like it was the same thing everyday. The beach was not good, if you’re looking for turquoise water this is not it. I understand it’s out of their control but be warned.

I think the restaurants on the property were really good. The buffet was not so good. It seemed like the only meat options were pork. It was barely any other options. For someone who doesn’t eat pork it wasn’t good. Also, a recommendation for the Preferred club guest, we should be able to pick which brand of liquor that is in our rooms. Overall, very nice resort and kid friendly!

I never going back . Place can’t afford a humidifier for our baby in room because air was dry. And was really serious health condition for our 5 month baby and management push we to pay overprice bill 200$ for humidifier. Ocean water was so dirty and can not swim. I never recommend this facility to others.
