Hotel was incredibly well maintained friendly staff with amazing attention to detail. Right now they are inundated with sargassum making the beach un-usable (not their fault). Main pool needs more shade options. Food in the buffet was overall good but could use a little better rotation. Their attention to food allergy concerns was amazing. We had a drawer in our dresser fall out and broke my wife's toe. They took care of all medical treatment expenses but didn't offer us a discount for the loss of part of our trip.

Despite not being able to go in the ocean due to the seaweed infested waters, the trip overall was a solid 4. There was a bad smell throughout the resort also due the seaweed but the rooms and batnrooms were clean. No bugs food was pretty good but could use some more variety. The drinks at the lobby bar was the best. The bartender Franky made the best drinks and shots! Still a food resort for couples and families.

Overall an amazing experience. Variety of restaurants and cuisines. We were fortunate enough to get restaurant reservations for each day. Only drawback was that we couldn't use the beach as it was the sargassum season and there was sea weed everywhere. Staff was courteous and service was amazing.

This stay was a very peaceful & relaxing stay. The property was really well kept & clean & beautiful. All the staff were really nice, funny & welcoming. Check in process was a little bit of a wait but once helped, it went by smoothly. There were 2 large pools, one more quieter than the other but never overcrowded. The only downside was the seaweed on the beach was a little too much but the pools, lounge chairs & hammocks were just enough. I’m always skeptical about buffet style food but it was the best me & my partner ever had. For every meal there were plenty of tasty options to choose from which was great. Reservations were required for some dinner spots but there was always a reservation open if we wanted to book. I loved how everyday there were pool activities & a live dj that you could participate in but if you wanted somewhere more quiet, the other large pool was the go-to. There were other fun amenities like bowling (which was really fun), fresh juice bar, icecream parlor, a cafe, overnight snack station, nightly entertainment, & photographers that would take your picture if you wanted professional photos which was great for those celebrating a special occasion like myself. Also loved the properties 2/3 furry staff (cats) which were NEVER a bother. No complaints all around & really loved our stay here!

Great resort with a variety of food to try, friendly and accommodating staff, and fun activities at the pool. Extra kudos to Gustavo at the pool bar - he always made sure we were having a great time! Really nice resort and friendly staff. Was super fun entertainment. And the food was so good!! Only complaint was the seaweed all over the beach…I wanted to go on a vacation with a swimmable ocean, however, I guess this time of year wasn’t a good idea to go. And the seaweed stunk really bad . Still had so much fun and I deff want to come back when it’s not seaweed season
