Room and staff was excellent! We have stayed here many times but this is the first time the infinity pool was not heated. We usually use that pool all the time, this trip nobody was using it as it was too cold.

The overall resort was clean and easy to find your way around. Plenty of food options. Great to have access to the other resorts. Pools were way too cold. The beach wasn’t great but there were still activities. The staff were very nice.

Check in process crazy long…45 mins despite platinum status. Checkout not easy either. Odd Impossible to get a reservation at a nl time (6-8) unless VIp or platinum. Even then is tough. Staff were great. Rooms great. Looks great.

Everything was amazing. We booked VIP which gave us nothing, no upgrades. That was disappointing. Food was great. We were able to book a few restaurants. The Japanese one was our favorite. Some were late bookings. The infinity adult only pool was my favorite. Went on an excursion that the resort helped us book. It was fun.

The people who work there and the property are what makes this resort awesome. It is great that they have numerous golf carts to move you around the resort because it is fairly large, unfortunately, all of them seem to have been gas powered. The smell from exhaust and noise all throughout the day and evening from the carts were a bit much. It would be nice to see that the resort is trying to go over to electric carts.

All the staff that I spoke with during our stay were very friendly and always pleasant. Never had a bad interaction during our week at the resort
