First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to evaluate and qualify our service through our online questionnaire.We regret that your past vacation at our resort has not been accommodating and that the unfortunate situation that is crossing the entire Riviera Maya and our beaches this year prevented your holiday of an amazing getaway.Our beaches have the characteristic of having crystal clear waters, however, the arrival of the seaweed to the seashore and the weather changes have affected the conditions of the sea.
