First of all, I would like to thank you for sharing your comments in base this past visit to our resort. We are glad to identify that all in all you had a wonderful vacation experience, nevertheless, it is a shame to know about the negative details which prevented your holiday of an excellent getaway. Our resort is located in front of one of the largest reef in the Mexican Caribbean and this is one of the reasons because our beaches tend to be rocky.
