This is a large property with a lot of rooms and 4 swimming areas. An adults only, a pool with a bar for the more alcohol driven folks, a very large family pool and a kids pool area with some play structures. The restaurants are quite good! All of them. And the snack bars. Excellent. The staff are great. The property is clean. It’s a little bit worn as it isn’t new, but very well kept up. There is also a soccer field / basketball court and some other amenities like a bowling alley and a spa. Not that raccoons come out in the evening. They are very friendly as many guests unfortunately feed them. We also saw some Coatis and Agoutis during the day. They weren’t disruptive. Just there. There was a lot of seaweed during our stay, which could not be cleaned up. Too bad as you could tell there was a beautiful white sand beach. There is a smell from the seaweed but you get used to it quickly and it isn’t bothersome. Our family with two teens would go again.

The food options was minimum. The only descent restaurant was the Buffet and the Hibachi, if you got in. The other restaurants were tolerable, but not to say it was good. The beds are comfortable and property well kept. There were raccoons and cats running around though. Never going back. Bowling Alley was fun, if you get to play. Go early!

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here the Customer service was extra friendly and easy to work with. We had a staff member by the name of Oscar Aventro that helped us get a free Couples massage and learn more about private part of resort. It is a shame that they have the seaweed problem for the beach, but they had so much entertainment going on each day that you didn't realize that you missed the beach. We recommend you do the excursion with the yacht and snorkeling.

There were no working elevators at the whole resort! The food was terrible, had been sitting out a while, no flavor and bland. Terrible odor, bad seaweed like other reviews stated. Broken bathtubs. Hard to get reservations at the restaurants. Buffett was terrible for my kids (meat eaters) and me and my husband (vegetarians). I stayed one night, got up early and wasting 6 hours arguing with management so my family could leave the resort and find another option.

This is a smoking free environment and forced many guest to leave the premise in order to have a cigarette. This is not mentioned when booking. To make reservations at restaurants had to be done online the day of with only a small window as well as they were closed on certain days which was odd. The employees were friendly and very helpful. Also the seaweed situation was a bit out of control and their cleaning was not done very well.

I really didn't enjoy my stay. First off we couldn't enjoy beach because of seamoss. The rooms had ants in them. The racoons act like they live there. We had to wait hours for service for towels or I had to call them like 3 times and when they did come they only brought 2 when there were 4 people in room. No all night pool.
