This is now our favourite resort for sure!!! The food is amazing, no matter where we ate we always left full and happy! It was really easy to make reservations for the restaurants we wanted to try, we just made sure to be on the website by 9am and never had any issues.The whole resort including the rooms were super nice and clean, the resort is also the perfect size and everything is just a few minutes walk which we loved. The pools were big and there was a lot of seating around each one. We spent most of our time at the pool with the swim up bar, the energy was awesome no matter the weather or time of day. Huge thank you to Eduardo who made the best drinks down at swim up bar all week, he was so friendly and knew our drinks before we even ordered!! The entertainment team is also amazing, Rose, Justin, Johnny, Fabian and Melissa made our trip so memorable, they had fun games like water polo and basketball and bingo as well as volley ball and water aerobics every single day! They always brought the energy, the best vibes and lots of laughs!! The night shows are also great and entertaining for any age. No matter where you are on the resort the staff is so nice and helpful, like I said this is now our favourite resort and we will for sure be back next year <3

Staff were friendly but persistent with selling add ons. Check in took forever; we arrived early due to our flight, waited over an hour in line to get bracelets to enter the facility and then returned after 4pm and again waited over an hour for the bracelets to be activated and room numbers to be assigned. Room was clean but had a musky smell. Safe was broken, but maintenance came out promptly to fix it. Had a water leak we discovered around 9pm and maintaince didn't come out, had to follow up the next morning. Beach is magnificent and kept quite clean even in seaweed season. Pools are kept clean as best they can. Loungers are first come so best to grab a good spot early. Service at the pool is inconsistent but tipping more may help (Look out for Antonio, he is absolutely fantastic. Best server!!). Every restaurant isn't open every night so plan ahead. Food quality is very inconsistent even with that same dish one day to the next. Activities available but not very clear when and where what is happening. Activities are also volunteer dependent so can be cancelled.

Room was clean , tidied every day towels restocked , it seemed like guest services really wanted feed back they called the room every evening asking how the stay was going , no complaints. We did however have a run in with the sales team looking for you to sign-up for their privilege account (time share but according to them not a time share). Aggressive sales tactics , would be the biggest complaint. Lots of activities mainly around the swim up bar , which was fine left the larger pool a more chill environment. Getting a supper reservation wasn't usually an issue as long as you booked in the morning.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was great, especially Antonio (waiter for the pool and beach). He went above and beyond for us and we had an excellent experience because of him. The rooms and resort are very well kept. Our only thing we felt that could be improved was the quality of the food at most restaurants. Other then that our stay was great and we will definitely be visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and very diverse. The entertainment program was wonderful every day (especially Halloween and Día de Muertos). The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There were only a couple of small issues: the water in the bathroom sink drained slowly and sometimes some dishes and forks in the main restaurant were not perfectly clean. However, these small things did not spoil our excellent impression of the hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we definitely want to come back again.
