This resort was AMAZING. From the views, to the kind staff, to the delicious food, we couldn't of asked for a better vacation. We stayed in an ocean view room, and the views were perfect and it was nice and quiet. We will definitely come back!

This place was terrible, at first glance seems like the average Cancún resort, backed by a known name you don’t think it’ll be bad until you’re there. The rooms are not stocked with beers, snacks- normal all inclusive

From our booking to our arrival, the staff communicated with us and answered all questions we had. My main concern was that my poor wife broke her foot prior to our trip. I reached out to make sure that there was wheelchaira on site to help. Not only did the manager Josue ensure this was the case, he went out of his way to make sure our room had greater accessibility for the my wife's comfort. Additionally our concierge Jodiar was fantastic. The property is very clean and the staff works hard to keep it so. Many staff were working throughout the day to make sure the resort was perfect. Also, all are very friendly and like to strike up conversations, and help with my Spanish :)

Beautiful views of the ocean complimented by a nice well maintained beach, but meant it was often windy throughout the resort. There are some events but not enough to really support people looking for lots to do daily. Lack of buffet really limited options for eating, mileage may vary depending on your preferences/tolerances but Frank and Lola’s was amazing but other restaurant options left alot to be desired and left us hungry on many days. Pools are not heated and hot tub is not a hot tub. But the pools were diverse and nice even so. Resort was clean, staff were attentive and
