Overall the experience was quite good. The food and facilities very good. Two blemishes: the fact that everything was on THE APP! Number one it wasn't and people go on vacation to get away from phones not to have to carry them around for everything including restaurant menus; second our room was not serviced until two to three o'clock daily so we spent most of every days amidst used dishes and towels and unmade beds.

The staff was absolutely top-notch—every single person was kind, smiling, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The level of service we received was exceptional from start to finish. The resort itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everyone we interacted with was professional, warm, and spoke excellent English, which made everything seamless and comfortable. The beach was stunning, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the drinks were truly top-shelf. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxury, all-inclusive experience. The staff alone makes this place extraordinary—we will absolutely be back.

Highly recommend this resort. It's not the quietest at night, but its clean... the staff is professional and friendly. The amenities are gorgeous, and plentiful. Food, drinks and snacks abundantly flow daily. We used USA travel for shuttle to and from airport, and entrance and exit from resort was easy and friendly. I did a mind, body, soul full body massage during my stay and it was wonderful. We visited during December 2025, and the beach there was dark, murky, and full of seaweed... so if you’re coming for blue beautiful clear water, do research prior to. I will definitely utilize Excellence resorts in the future.

The stay was great. It was surprising to us that cleaners would come multiple times during the day. We had days when the room was cleaned twice. I don't think it was necessary. Pool are well maintained, staff is great, the resort overall is beautiful. We only miss the mexican vibes. Playing more south american music instead of top 40 would have made our stay more enjoyable. Like feeling you are actually on vacation in Mexico and not in a resort that could be anywhere in North America pretty much.

This was our first stay on an Excellence property. Everything about the resort is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day as well as towels replaced and bed turn down every evening. The pool area and beach were clean and lovely with fresh towels conveniently located and abundant. Restaurant and food options were excellent as well. One thing that stands out above and beyond expectations is the staff and service. Simply outstanding. Looking forward to our next Excellence experience in 2026!
