Room had no electricity for a night and manager and guest services provided no form of compensation. It was 10pm and my family with 2 kids under 4 had to either wait until they were done fixing the room(which they could not provide an ETA) or asked to sleep in the room that was over 26 degrees Celsius with no air conditioning and the technician would come back the follow day to service the room. They did not offer to move us to a different room either.

Everything was amazing and had the best time as a sister trip! The one comment I have is I wished finning reservations were easier. It seemed like space was available but the app wouldn’t show any. Other than that we had a blast the food is amazing and the vibe here is great. Great for families as well!

We had an overall pleasant stay at this resort. The property was clean, and the staff members were polite and welcoming. There were plenty of activities to keep my six-year-old son entertained, which we really appreciated. The food, desserts, and drinks were all excellent and of great quality. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. We had specifically requested two queen beds, but none were available upon arrival. We had to use the pull-out couch instead, which was not ideal. The front desk staff showed little empathy and did not offer any alternative accommodations to make up for the inconvenience. Despite this issue, we enjoyed the rest of our stay and appreciated the resort’s amenities and overall atmosphere.

There are random bad smells throughout the resort. The smell made its way into the room the last 3 nights of our stay. The front desk will not answer the phone after certain hours. They will ask you to leave a message but then there message box is full. The spa is not relaxing at all. The hydro theraphy is extremely rushed and not relaxing having someone screaming at you to stay in the spot even if you don’t enjoy it. I went to enjoy the hot and cold tub and go back and forth a few times. Firstly no hot tub at the resort is hot. They are all luke warm. The front desk supervisor held no accountability for our stay and was passed around 4 different people with no help. Would not stay here. Also the food is meh. Every restaurant is average.

We spent a week at the Royalton Splash! Loved every minute! The beach was not crystal clear water, so if that is what you are looking for this may not be the place. Pools were amazing! Restaurants were amazing! Staff was amazing! Will definitely go back!!

Clean room, helpful staff, great food options, may restaurants that are absolutely delicious and not hard to make reservations at. We loved the lazy river although wish it had more tubes available. Slides are fun and well staffed, nice lifeguards. Nice property layout. Beach was the only downside- not great at all, didn’t go to the beach at all to stay, but the many pools made up for it, although they can get quite busy!

I went there for my niece's wedding. The. Weddubg co-ordinators were allover the place not very organized which caused a bit of chaos.The peopery was very well kept and beautiful even the arouma was amazing. However, they lost me on the following 1) buffet food was not good. The french restaurant Ma Mason was 10/10 however, it was very difficult to nook reservations at the a la carts becsuse the diamond club holders were always priority. 2) my sister who spent the exta money and upgraded to diamond club her husband got locked in the room and no one could open it from the outside. Took a few hours for the staff to break into the room. Could have been worst if there was a fire. Overall beautiful property, very clean rooms but the food was horrible.

Very disappointed to find out the laser tag and trampoline park were NOT included when we arrived. No prior notice and this was a main reason we chose the property since we brought our kids. Some of the bar staff was very rude, but the entertainment team was great and the shows were entertaining. Also disappointed that the only working hot tub was in the diamond member area, none of the other ones were even remotely warm.
