"My mom, my 2 kids (3 and 15 y/o), and I stayed at Marvic for 11 amazing days. We had a really good time at this property. What we liked the most were the location (not even a block from the 5th Avenue and very close to several beaches), and the staff. People who work at this hotel are veru friendly, kind and always willing to help. Gina was so awesome with all of us, especially with my little one, he loved her. Dont miss the opportunity to visit this property, besides the good price its a convenient and nice place to stay in. Our room had 2 beds, bathroom and a kitchen. We got all what we needed. Thank ypu so much for your kindness and excellent service. We hope to come back anytime soon. 😊"

"This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!"

"Excellent stay at this property, previously known to us as Ah-Xok. From the outset, the staff made a clear difference—Nohemi, Yamila, and Julian at the front desk were outstanding in coordinating taxis, providing helpful local guidance, and offering discounted beach club access nearby. Their service was consistently professional, attentive, flexible, and well-informed. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, featuring excellent air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, clean white linens, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Yesenia maintained the suite to a very high standard and was particularly attentive in accommodating our customized cleaning requests, which was greatly appreciated. The rooftop—forget about it—is a notable highlight, offering a well-designed pool area with excellent views and a comfortable space to relax. The location is another strong advantage—close to 5th Avenue and nearby nightlife. As expected with this level of proximity, some noise may be noticeable on busier nights. Overall, guests can expect clean accommodations, punctual service, and consistently high-quality attention to detail. The hotel is fortunate to have such a strong and capable team.
