"I loved staying at the Princess, I previously stayed at the one in Punta Cana so I was so pleased that Playa Del Carmen was even better, the staff was so pleasant and inviting. The food is great, I love how they incorporate authentic Mexican dishes as well as many other cuisines. The only downside was the sargassum, the beaches were dirty and we were able to swim, that was a huge bummer for me. I really wish the resort made a bigger effort to try and clear it from the sand or have some barriers but I guess you can’t do much about Mother Nature."

"Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena! Mi habitación tenia alberca y estaba muy bonita, cómoda y con todo lo que pude necesitar. La cama King muy comoda y con muchas almohadas!! El personal completo fue muy amable desde que hice el check inn. Muy atentos todos. Actividades divertidas, aunque me hubiera gustado que pudieran añadir mas para diversión de todos y añadir un poco mas de música latina para vivir la experiencia completa de visitar el país. Todos los restaurantes muy buenos. En general todo fue muy bueno y agradable."
