This hotel is just off the busy and lively quinta avenida however the room was very quiet. I booked a penthouse suite with 3 bedrooms and even within our own unit, we didn’t hear the noise from the other family who was staying on the bottom floor. The rooftop Jacuzzi helped us relax at the end of a long travel day. The staff were kind amd the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Maya Villa Condo Hotel was the absolute best! Our condo was very clean, we'll equipped with a full kitchen and very quiet at night. The staff was very attentive from the time we checked in until we left. Security was present at night and a locked gate into the complex made us feel secure. A special shout out to Eric, the Bell Captain, who always seemed to arrive when we needed him!

We've stayed at Maya Villa multiple times and are planning to visit again in 2026. The staff are as good as it gets. Top tier. If any problems arise, they are quick to solve it. Isidro deserves much recognition for going out of his way to welcome us and help us during our stay. He way also there to see us off and helped us load our luggage into the car. Clean rooms. Security at the gate. Staff were all 5 stars. From the office to the housekeepers (we had the wonderful Ana). Everyone is amazing. I highly recommend staying at any of the resorts in this group.

Maya Villa Condo Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Playa Del Carmen. This hotel is clean, in a good position, near to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with good lighting and A/C, also equipped with everything you need in the house. We stayed in villa 402 and it was very clean and had everything we needed for a few days there. It is just one block off of 5th avenue so convenient for restaurants and shopping. There’s a spa and asian restaurant right next to it. The villa was quiet and the noise from nearby bars was not an issue at all. There is construction nearby during the day though. The check in is not at the property, it’s down about a block but they brought up our luggage for us. Place is very secure with gated entry. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice, very aesthetically pleasing area. Comes with lots of drinking water, including a hot water dispenser which was so nice for quick cup of tea. The beaches were not swimmable for us due to seaweed but it’s a great spot for being close to 5th avenue. AC worked good too and there’s a taxi station on corner. Big grocery stores within 10 minute walk as well to stock up on food if you’re planning to cook. The only issue I encountered was trying to reach front desk, everytime I called they didn’t answer.

Very good location, close to the beach and the main strip in PDC. Underground parking, safe area, big spacious rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff and the pool/hot tub was a bonus.
