Beautiful views, meticulously kept property, lots of great food options, great pools with swim-up bars. Room was airy and spacious with an ample balcony. Great spot for a group gathering. Only downside is that the location is a bit isolated — no easy access to anything outside the resort. Also, due to past hurricanes, there is no beach. The seaweedy sea comes right up to the break-wall. We would have enjoyed a walk on the beach and some all-inclusive beach-related activities like snorkeling and kayaking, but those are not available here.

This property was amazing. Looks brand new. Very clean. We loved that the property wasn’t very big very so it’s easily walkable. Food was delicious. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Gabino served us several days and told o great care of us and remembered what we liked. Able helped get us booked with the things we wanted to do and helped us so much. The spa was worth every penny. Very relaxing.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Margaritaville adults only. Our group was a party of 10. Overall we loved the resort. Very clean and we all loved our rooms. Our only problem was getting reservations for dinner together. We either had to eat at 5 or at 9 pm. 5 was way too early and 9 was way too late. I also didn't love that both reservation required restaurants were closed on the same night.(Our last night). What we did absolutely love were the people who worked there. Pepe in the smaller pool bar was THE BEST and Gambino in the restaurant was right on top of service every day! We will definitely stay at a Margaritaville again and wouldn't hesitate coming back to this one in Puerto Morales!

Room was very nice and clean but that is pretty much the only good thing I can say about this resort. The food was terrible with very limited options. Not much to do. We went with a group of 5 couples and they made us purchase a minimum of $400 of upgrades in food/wine if we wanted a dinner reservation for all of us to seat together. I complained after the 1st time having to pay $400 so they “did us a favor” and only made us buy $200 worth of upgrades the to eat together the 2nd night. Probably the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at and we travel several times a year. It was just boring with nothing to do and limited options. The food at the steak house was the only good meal we had.

The overall property was nice and attractive. The rooms were exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Massages were great. The food wasn’t the greatest, but it wasn’t terrible either. Things we weren’t aware of that made the stay a little unenjoyable is that the resort doesn’t have a beach at all, the smell of the rotten seaweed was horrible and almost unbearable. Pools close down at 8pm form which takes away from the enjoyment and beauty of the glowing blue pools during the nighttime.

Expedia tricked me with this trip, Expedia sell me the Hotels stay with " 1st line, Hotel on the beach, white beach sand". instead there was no beach at all, there wasn't even a beach at all, no sand at all. SO Expedia ruined my vacation. I'm going to escalate this to Expedia Top management, i wont let it go. See you in court!

Absolutely loved Angel & Mariel for entertainment !!! They made our stay amazing, resort was very clean and well kept ! It was a smaller resort so there wasn’t a lot of different dinning options or lots of stuff to do/ I did miss the beach aspect of a resort. But was honestly a lovely time!!

The resort was very clean and well maintained. The dining options are limited, both the Italian and Steakhouse are only open on certain days. The Italian was delicious, we did not get to the steakhouse. The staff here was amazing. My rating would be lower without them. Christian (reception area) welcomed us with a warm smile & took care of us with my transportation mess up. He was super friendly and helpful. Aaron at Landshark was on top of our drinks and food, making sure we had the best service possible on each visit. We got to know each other a bit on a personal level which is awesome. It was a sad good bye when he came and found us across the resort on our last night together. We will miss "A A Ron" 😁 Marchello at the boathouse was another who also met us each morning with a warm welcome, asking us to sit near him so he could take care of us and talk a bit. I can still see his friendly smile. Eduardo at the 5 O'clock Somewhere bar was on top of his game. Calm personality, always knew our drinks and made them perfect! The entertainment staff is a great crew. We like to get involved, so got to spend plenty of time with them. Angelo, Quetzal, Mariel & Ozzy - thanks for that last volleyball game. To you and the rest of the entertainment staff, thanks for a great week! Up at the Chill bar the food was great. The tall slender guy who moves around quickly was also awesome. Sadly don't have his name. No beach, no big stage performances, but overall, great!

All in all it was good. food, drinks and service were all good. The timeshare push was the same as all others, it's always a scam. there's no beach at all, but the pools were warm and clean, They should offer a shuttle to the sister property, but you have to catch a taxi and are expected to pay 150 each for a day pass, I think it should be free considering there's no beach at this one. The property is very small with little food options and hard to get into the two restaurants. We were there for one week, and i think it would be hard to do two weeks. We would not go back just due to the size, and the fact of no beach, but if you like to sit and relax in a clean well looked after resort then this would be for you.

Our stay at Margaritaville was amazing! Fast check in at arrival, not far from the airport & bar in the lobby. Our room was clean, we had the swim up suite. Food & drinks were good. I would say make your restaurant reservations before arrival as they tend to fill fast, though we were able to snag a dinner reservation at the Italian restaurant our last day. All staff were friendly and made sure we had the best stay! I look forward to returning.

They property was new, so it was nice & clean. We really loved our balcony views & the pool area was so beautiful. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant & in room dining( room service) ,but the buffet food wasnt that good & the juice is watered down.
