The staff outside of the checkout process was amazing, the place is clean, it is quiet near the rooms and a great time at pool area. Now back to checking and out.. checkin had to reserve 2 restaurants on arrival they told us they couldn’t fit us in as it was booked but if we did the seminar they could get us in. So when we got to the restaurant it was only 4 tables occupied, with at least 15 empty tables. That was it for check in. After we did the seminar we got 150 in credits to be applied at checkout. They didn’t want to deal with them and tried to say it would take to much time to apply them. But had to pressure them into it.. that was the only 2 bad things. My advice tell them you have no time for that seminar.. and take yourself to the restaurant and check yourself in and enjoy your time as that is why you came.!

Property asked me several times what I was coming to celebrate then did nothing for my birthday. Also, the food is not the greatest. They will have things on the menu then not have it available. They also do not follow the room service menu & will give you something similar without asking

We really liked this property! When we first arrived we were greeted by Daphne , who made us aware of our upgrade. She then told us she’d be taking care of ALL of our needs, from booking dinner reservations to any issue we may have as well as any questions. She kept in contact with us daily and went above and beyond to make our stay feel wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful!! We loved our swim out room. Clean, beautiful and great layout. Restaurants were very nice inside and the food was decent. We loved landshark All in all I rate this hotel 5/5, even though there is literally, no beach. I knew this going in, so I planned for that.

Overall good hotel. However, for an adult only hotel, the entertainment was lack luster. The place is a snooze fest after 6pm. Food was good. The staff were amazing. Our room was lovely, and the views from the rooms and main pool are spectacular

This property was amazing. Great food, entertainment and overall an amazing experience. Dafnie our ambassador was absolutely perfect. She was so attentive, caring and just a very kind person. If you get her as your ambassador you’re lucky.

The access road was horrific, but the rooms were nice. The food choices and flavors were awful. The steak house never had reservations available for an expensive all-inclusive resort. Quality steaks and seafood were not included, and they were expensive. You get better value and quality of food, as well as accommodation and food choices on a cruise. Don't waste your money at this resort. book a cruise!

The rooms were nice clean. Food was below average! Not many choices for food. No beach at all. We had a bad neighbor in the room next door that parted all night loud music screaming and yelling for 2 nights . From desk did nothing to help us.

If your looking for a smaller all inclusive resort, this one is perfect. Most of the rooms face the pool areas and Gulf, and are very clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back in the near future.

Our first AI stay in over a decade

Newer, well maintained, smaller property. Every person on the staff was welcoming and helpful. Drinks were plentiful and never ending. Food was just okay and certainly not reflective of the food to be found off resort in this area.

Pros Staff are amazing Resort is clean We received a cute boat in our room w cookies. None of the other rooms did They have robes for use and plenty of pool towels Always received wash rages and towels in the room no shortage Amazing bar upstairs in the lobby w great mixologist bartenders Cons The switch your first floor swim up to a 4th floor swim up w/o asking. They only give you one dinner reservation for the 2 restaurants. The 6-8pm dinner reservations are reserved for people who buy into their prestige club. So you have to eat at 8:30-9;30pm We were approached 6 times by the concierge to meet about the club No soap. Only body wash No beach at all whatsoever. The steps are washed away, but even at low tide there’s no sand to walk on.

I had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cancun! Everything was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they took the time to introduce everything and made sure everyone felt involved in the activities. One of the highlights was the 24/7 room service, offering a great selection of food anytime you need it. The coffee shop was also excellent, serving high-quality coffee and treats. However, even though the resort is beachfront, there is no direct access to the sea, as it’s not located by the crystal-clear waters of Cancun. Because of this, we took a day trip to the Cancun Hotel Zone to enjoy the beach there. On the plus side, the resort offers plenty of activities, and there are many tour options available at the front desk. Booking restaurants within the resort was also easy and convenient. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, food, and amenities—just keep in mind the beach access limitation!

The resort is cute. Most of the staff are nice. My room was kept clean, housekeeping did a great job. I wish there was beach access, or local things to see/do that didnt require catching a ride. The food was bland, in my opinion. Overall, 4/5.
