"Hotel ideally located if you want to go to the convention center. All things considered, this hotel isn't so bad. I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially on my return trip, which I had booked through Hotels.com. When I got back to France, I noticed that âŹ25 had been charged to my account in addition to the advance payment I had already made at the time of booking. When I checked out, I wasnât told anything about this invoice other than that an email would be sent to the address I had provided at the time of booking. Back in France, I hadnât received any message and discovered this âŹ25 charge on my account. I therefore tried to contact the hotel to receive an invoice for this amount. The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoiceâwhich is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation. I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com! "
