I like staying at this property whenever I’m leaving from the Raleigh airport. It is close, fairly quiet and has a free shuttle to the airport.it checks all the boxes I’m looking for!

Our only issue was breakfast. Served 6-9 weekdays but on weekends it didn't start till 7. Also for our 4 day stay the juice machine was inoperable and their solution was to sell you bottled juice/water. Otherwise, clean place with friendly staff.

They overcharged my card by $100 and kept trying to say they didn't. The original invoice said $302 and some odd cents when it should have just been a little over $200. The receptionist kept saying that even though it showed that amount, they only charged me the proper one. However, when I called for my card balance, they took the $300. Still waiting to see if it will get refunded. The only thing I think they fixed was what was supposed to have been charged.

The hotel portion of our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The disappointment was with the shuttle service. We couldn't get a ride to the airport via the shuttle because the driver was late. We couldn't ride the shuttle from the airport after our trip because the driver had already left. The front desk staff did order us an Uber when the shuttle wasn't an option, which was helpful. However, they need to improve in the shuttle service area of the stay.
