Not pleased at all with the check-in. When I arrived, I stood there for a few minutes. There was a couple who came in after I was standing there and the clerk checked them in before she acknowledged me standing right in front of her. She then informed me that the gentleman was there before I walked in. If that was really the case, they wouldn’t have gone through the entire process as if he had initially arrived. Had I not already paid for my room online, I would’ve cancelled on the spot. I can assure you that we won’t be booking her again.

It was just ok, the first night I check in the representative at the front desk was welcoming, attentive, and customer friendly. However, im not use to having to request for my room to be cleaned everyday. It was not brought to our attention that you have to request everyday before a certain time or else you dont get your room cleaned. So this particular night we had gotten back to our a little after midnight and the room was not cleaned and towels all on the floor. When I went down to the front desk it was a different representative who was not as welcoming as the rep when we checked in. I explained to her what happen but she didn't seem to concern. I asked her if i could put the request in for the remainder of my stay of 5 days and she told me no, that I would have to come back during the scheduled time to make the request. Disappointing. It was just not what expected for a Marriott brand.

The customer service was truly excellent. They were very accommodating, especially when it came to securing an accessible room for my mother prior her surgery. The night host, Sierra, was exceptional courteous, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Her level of service really made a difference during our stay.

It was just a nice experience that I will remember. I will return to Aloft. I stayed at another hotel during my stay before staying at Aloft. All I have to say is, Aloft saved the rest of my trip. One has to be so careful where you stay.
