"Our room was not the best as our room window opened up into the pool area and it was very noisy. We were also given a room next to a family with children who were noisy until 11:30 pm. Not the most restful stay but the beds were comfortable and the cost reasonable. The front desk person was not very attentive. He was on his cell phone when I checked in speaking in a different language and never got off the phone or quit talking to whoever it was. His interaction with me was mostly non-verbal. Not the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at. We own a hotel in Canada and our customer service is something we pride ourselves on. "
