3 stars for area around the property because I didn't explore it and can't speak to it 4 stars for property condition and facilities because the thermostat was set to under 20 and the outside temperatures were below - 25

Older style motel but the property and room were very well kept and clean. The price was very reasonable too compared to the other chain hotels in the area. We would stay here again for sure!

This is easily the best place to stay in Three hills! It has everything you would want at your house. Nice towels, great bathtub, comfortable beds! Not much for wifi signal, but it still works. Can’t recommend this Motel enough!!!
