Best of both worlds; chalet located on a private lot in the pines and only 1 miles from the village!

EVL Big Chalet nestled in the pines on a secluded 3.5 acres and only 1 mile to village. Indoor hot tub!!! Our 4,000 sq/ft chalet has plenty of room and is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or up to 12 couples. 3 King only bedrooms providing the privacy of your own room. 25 guests maximum with 12 couples or 16 individuals max please and 25 years old min renter age required. Beds: 3 King, 9 Full, and 3 Twin.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only an hour way if needed.

We are nestled in the woods and only 1 miles from Ellicottville village. We are about a 1/4 mile from Holimont. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 3.5 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, latte/cappuccino machine, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, ping pong, dart board, poker table & set, and four TVs.

Absolutely Incredible

We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. Every detail was thought of, which made the stay so easy and stress-free.The back deck was an essential hangout spot, and the huge couch made it so easy for a big group to spread out and relax together. We had multiple spaces to gather, so no one ever felt cramped.I had those typical pre-arrival worries—are the beds going to be comfy? Will the sheets be scratchy? But nope—everything was amazing. High-quality linens, super cozy beds, and a peaceful night’s sleep for all.The ping pong table was a total hit, and we loved that there were board games and yard games already there—no need to pack your own!If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a group getaway, look no further. This chalet is a total gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Property for Bug Groups

The chalet was very clean and very large! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need. Napkins, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags etc. The bathrooms were also well stocked, more than enough towels, soap, lotion and shampoo too. Would highly recommend!

Christmas Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It had every amenity we could have possibly needed. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of common area for our group of 7 kids and 9 adults to spread out. The rooms were great with a mix of some upstairs and downstairs, some bunk rooms for the kids and regular rooms for the adults. Plenty of bathrooms. For the first time ever, our entire family was able to sit down together all at one table to enjoy Christmas dinner together. The owners even decorated the property for Christmas which was a nice surprise!The kitchen was fantastic. We were able to cook all our meals and avoid eating out.The property is very close to town for visiting the shops and skiing. The kids were also able to enjoy playing outside in the snow and sledding in the side yard. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of each night as well.Can't wait to visit this property again.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Celebrated Thanksgiving weekend with 4 families and a total of 14 people. The Chalet had plenty of room for personal space as well as space for all to come together to eat dinner at the large table and have a seat on the huge sectional. The kitchen was FULLY stocked which was awesome to prep and serve Thanksgiving Dinner, including ALL the spices you could imagine, pots, pans, dishes, plates, utensils....Quiet, clean nice place to have a relaxing getaway with all the shops and restaurants just a couple minutes away.

So glad we booked this property!

We rented this awesome property for a 20 person bachelorette party - and all our expectations were exceeded. The kitchen was the most well-stocked I've ever stayed at, it was a 5 minute uber ride to downtown, the amenities were awesome (including a fire pit) - to the point we all agreed we needed one more day just to enjoy the house. It was the absolutely spot for entertaining - highly recommend!!

Lots of space but challenging layout

We vacationed here for a ski weekend with 4 families - 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall it was a fine house. I wish I had realized the large bunk room is in the loft over the family room. While it was appealing to let the kids have a sleep over it made no sense to put them over the family room unless all the parents were going to go to bed at 8pm. We ended up putting the kids in the smaller bunk room with walls and my husband and I slept out in the open bunk room. Not a big deal, but something to consider when planning your vacation. Also of note, myself and another guest found our eyes burning from the chemicals from the hot tub. I have no experience with an indoor hot tub but I found the chemical odor in the garage very off putting.

Perfect for a bachelorette weekend

We had rented the chalet for a bachelorette weekend! The chalet was beautiful, spacious and literally had every everything we could have imagined. I had asked Randy if I needed to bring anything and he said clothes and toothbrush and he was right, we didn’t need to bring anything else. They have thought of everything. We were there during a snow storm and had trouble getting up the hill as the plow had not been down the road yet. Randy called me right away to help and anytime I messaged or called he answered within a minute. They were so thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne and wine for us. We had the best time in Ellicotville. The chalet is within a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Randy and vase are amazing hosts!! I do not do many reviews but this place deserves it! This place is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! The location was so convenient being 4 minutes away from the town! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and extras space to accommodate more! We had 20 people with us! Fit comfortably! If you look anywhere this is where you would want to stay!

Amazing Experience

The host truly thought of everything! House was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this house to anyone having a bigger group to Ellicotville! If I ever have friends in town again I plan on renting this place again to just have everyone in the same house! This host was also very responsive when I forgot a few things in the house. Cannot say thank you enough!
