The Kelly House - 4 BR Historic Lodge - Downtown

The Kelly House - Our four-bedroom, 4500 square foot historic property is located in downtown Ellicottville. With early 1800’s ties to Thomas Jefferson, this elegant Victorian is close enough to walk to the boutique shops and great restaurants in town, yet far enough to enjoy the sweeping views and autumn colors of the mountains from a wraparound porch. It is also a five minute drive from Holiday Valley and Holimont. We also have a 13 room lodge on the property if additional space is needed.

The Space
Our four-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom historic lodge property possesses the rustic charm and central location to accommodate your family and friends however you want!

Each room can accommodate multiple guests with a combination of queen and double beds, reading table with lamp, vanity desk, Smart TV with configured Netflix, and high speed WIFI. The two separate bathrooms, and mountain lodge inspired living room have all the space to host your guests and make a perfect Ellicottville stay. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, large stove, pots/pans, and silverware.

There is also a hidden arcade game room located behind a bookcase.

Outdoor Space: Take in the scenery and sweeping views from our expansive wraparound porch. Whether you want to relax with a glass of wine on the front porch or host late evening cocktails and appetizers on our outdoor dining table, our historic property has the outdoor space to make you feel right at home.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. There is free parking on the premises. Less than 5 minute walk to all of the downtown restaurants and bars and a 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley.
