My room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with appealing decor including some vintage furniture. It had all the amenities including a great shower, microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV, good WI-FI, etc. I was very pleased.

The Colonial Motel was perfect for our short stay for some skiing. The rooms had everything we needed and the room was extremely reasonably priced. Would happily stay again when we're in the area.

Very clean and simple motel. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Heat was also strong which is important in the winter, and there was no cold air coming through the bottom of the door.

Perfect choice for a short weekend of skiing-dated and quaint but just the vibe we wanted for being in the Catskills… Easy check-in, convenient parking, fragrant rooms, cozy and warm, amenities necessary were provided, beds were comfortable… I say “fragrant” as for a place so quaint you would think it would be old and moldy smelly… LOL, but not at all!!! Nice little motel. I loved the old cast iron radiators in the rooms. Water pressure was fantastic for such an old building. Will definetly stay there again.

We stayed at the Colonial Motel on a weekend ski trip to Windham from the city. This location was convenient (only 20 min from the resort), spacious, and quiet. After a cold day of skiing, the best part was that we found the shower head to be brand new, and there was plenty of hot and high pressured water for an incredible and relaxing shower. Also, there are a couple food options around the motel - we at Tastees up the road and it was so good! We will be staying here again whenever we come up for a weekend trip.

Great stay!

Heat could not be controlled, but it never got uncomfortably cold. Otherwise, everything was great, especially the people who work there. Ps: the veggie pizza at the place on the corner is really excellent!

Super clean, accessible parking right to your door, very cozy and overall great experience! Needed a place to stay for the night as we were coming from NJ to go skiing. Great distance from the mountain and super convenient. The owner was very accommodating and Jack the cat was the star of the show! Not to mention the price was exceptional! 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again in the future if I’m ever in the area.

The property is quite old and hence the room infra and amenities are also quite dated. The motel is run by a family and not by an institution, so don't be surprised to find non standard stuff in your room, old house hold items, etc. Stayed there for 2 night with friends while on skiing trip. It is around 40 mins from all ski resorts nearby hence relatively low price compared to others. The room are big, have amenities(ignore condition) and are clean enough. Overall fine for crashing at night.
