Location was very easy to find. Gas station and a couple of restaurants very close. Two grocery stores within ten minutes. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Enjoyable stay. You will be hard pressed to find a better value in the area!

Super cute, we stayed in the main house. The old charm the house has made it even more cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff, and even a feline greeter who was happy to recieve pets. Would highly recommended and would stay again!

First time in NY and loved this stay. Even though it was one night I slept like a baby. Favorite thing was the confortable bed and pillows. Absolutely loved the sheets and cover. Truly felt at home. Plus Josh, was very friendly and made us feel really welcomed!

Clean, Safe, Friendly, Convenient, Authentic

I've stayed at the Colonial Motel a couple of times, exploring the local area, hiking, kayaking. Places like the Colonial are increasingly rare these days. A welcoming and authentic place to stay- and it's the nicest building in town, refreshing pool, comfortable room, and a ten minute drive in several directions to recreation and decent food.

What a charming place! This motel is well-maintained, clean, and has such a cute atmosphere, perfect for a little getaway. The staff was so kind - we were greeted in the lobby by the owner (I believe?) and he was so incredibly friendly. The room was lovely and well-decorated - I especially loved the bedspread. And the pool is great as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!
