Don’t waste time with pre check in. You’re still sat at the lobby with everyone else to wait for over an hour to check in. It took us nearly 2 hours to check in and we didn’t even bother to wait for the shuttle to bring our bags up. We were told to wait for someone to help us, got tired of that, and once we started walking suddenly we were offered help. We came in on a private cab so it’s not like we showed up with a group from a shuttle. The people on the shuttle that showed up 15-20 minutes after us were getting helped before we were and we were pre checked in! The activity schedule means nothing, it’s rarely happening and never on time. The breakfast buffet was so boring after the first 2 days. Had more lunch/dinner options than breakfast and was pretty much the same each day. The evening entertainment was drastically toned down from our last trip to this resort. Many of the activities and entertainment were shut down with no notice at all.

Where do I begin! What a superb resort! I would go back there. Especially the Spa. The staff was wonderful. The gift shop was wel stocked. The bars and restaurants were great. Oh and the gym! Yaaaas!

Many activities weren’t even available such as the VR game, tennis court and not all of the restaurants were opened as well. The restaurants were operating alternatively. Also, the staffs were rude that they treated certain nationality more superior than the rest. I guess the hotel management should re-train their staffs to be more professional and treat everyone equally.

The property was beautiful. Check in was very quick, convenient. The room was modern, clean and had an amazing view. The food was great at the buffet and the specialty restaurants. The pools were huge and the beach was very clean. Highly recommended

Excellent, Exceptional, Extraordinary. The cleanliness is top tier, the room is next level gorgeous and designed with maximum space and complimentary areas that can be combined or divided for privacy. The staff is courteous, well spoken, well dressed, professional and knowledgeable. The amenities are awesome, fantastically surprising and well worth the expense. But the service was amazing. No harrasment, tailored to the client, just conscious suggestions to make your stay like a dream, seamless and wonderful. Management, Butlers, Security, all the staff ensured that our stay was delightful. I will visit again.

The room was lovely, spacious with an amazing shower and tub and a great view. However we were given two beds intead of a king despite our clear request. Upon asking for a different room we were told none were available and the reservation didn't state a king request. Plus there were little bugs near the coffee machine.

The resort is astonishingly beautiful - so bright and clean. The food was amazing also, like outstanding!!! The hotel layout made finding everything super easy also and we loved our swim-up suite. All the pool furniture in the Azure pool was also very fun and made it easy to find a place to chill. Would definitely go back!!!

The entire property is immaculate! We loved all the variety of food options, our suite was beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The private beach was also nice and Ricardo at the front desk was great for accommodating an extension in our stay because of canceled flights. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at the newly reopened resort in the Platinum wing with butler service was a very pleasant surprise. At this 1000 room resort I imagine a very different atmosphere when fully reopened but during our stay the food was above par for an all inclusive as well as evening entertainment. I can recommend a stay here with confidence.
