Comfort Inn & Suites Akron South
"Parking was great and included. Checking in there was no staff at the desk, no bell to call for anyone. We stood there about 6 minutes. However when the attendant did show up she was nice. The room was fine. It was Clean and the fridge was cold. The ac was blasting out cold air, a plus during this heat wave. Beds were very comfy, firm but soft mattress and lots of cover layers available. I hated the soap and such in the bathroom but luckily there was a target down the street and I could buy some there. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage, waffles and the usual continental style options. Staff there wasn't too friendly but she did keep everything clean and stocked. This hotel is local to many things. 20 mins to the hall of fame, 20 mins from the zoo. Lots of restaurants and stores close if you need anything. The guests above us the first night were VERY LOUD. Lots of stomping and banging and such. Didn't hear a peep from the hallways all night though."
