Staff was fine our room was reasonably clean. Breakfast ok. Our room smelled of smoke. Other parts of the hotel smelled as well. The door going outside didn't lock. The outside grounds had trash. Finally, I got three bed bug bites and we saw one bug.

This was a bit outdated and in need of repair from the outside. The bathroom in my suite was like a mobile home it was so tiny. The door hits the tub when you open it. No stopper on the sink. The room was quiet and clean though! Breakfast was good and fresh! I recommend for a quick overnight.

Upon pulling in to the parking lot go slow, you will be greeted with huge potholes surrounding the property. The lobby and breakfast area were clean, but going back the hallway the vending machines were out of service, the trash cans were overflowing from the time we checked and still had not been emptied at checkout. The side door with a security scanner was broken and propped open. The 3rd level floor was extremely dirty. The room appeared clean but very outdated. There were 4 people in our party but we were only given 2 towels and told that they didn’t have any extra. The towels that we did have were damp. I’m not sure if it was due to not being dried properly or due to the extreme humidity in the room.

Poorly maintained. Custodial staff are either untrained or oblivious. I'm beyond disappointed, yet forced to BEG for a refund because response times are awful as well. Please, just place a little effort into the comfort of your clients.. and, for the love of god, check the microwave for trash.

Assuming this property is either getting ready to remodel or close. Everything was out of order: ice, water fountain soda machine. Rug was filthy as evidenced by little mud puddles coming off my feet in the dangerously warped and wobbly tub. Mirrors, tv smudged. My bad for not reading the reviees. Have considered a reputable brand in the past. Breakfast was solid and ad expected. PS. Parking lot is fullnof pit holes and a lot of temporary construction workers stay there. It is cheap, too.

Needs Work

This facility needs improvement(s). The entire facility needs a makeover. Carpet needs to replace. Fresh painting. Lights replace in the hallways. Water pressure needs to be replace. Beds are comfortable. That is a plus.

This place was horrible. Went into room and sheets and spread had stains on it the valance looked like it had stains that looked like the room was a hourly rental room. Nothing was up to date. For being a so called high class chain this place was horrific. I refused to stay one night in the room.

Don’t Do It!!

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Sign out front was run over. The awning on the entrance had a piece of metal hanging down. Parking lot had garbage and pot holes. Carpet was lifted/water logged previously??? Room had broken cabinets, blood/makeup on sheets, hair in tub, etc. I would give zero stars if possible.

This place is in need of dire renovations

The worst stay I have ever taken at a hotel. Arrived was told about no smoking, got to room and it reeked of cigarette smell. ceiling leaked, toilet leaked, ashes in the sink, room above floor joists squeaked non-stop, ice machine on first floor flooded entry way, and final straw was long black hair in the freshly made eggs.

Unfortunately all hotels were booked due to nfl event. Exterior in deplorable condition, lobby and hallways completely disgusting and smelly. My room was surprisingly fine, but outside I frequently saw vagrants loitering. Looked like heavy drug users wandering around scratching themselves.
