This home features a large living and dining room overlooking the lake with an updated modern kitchen for all your entertaining needs. There is also a second family room with a cozy atmosphere for snuggling up with a book or glass of wine. Although the fireplace is decorative only, you can't help but feel the warmth in this room.

In addition to all the outside fun, the inside also provides you with a pool table, bar area, board games and books. But it doesn't stop there! For your fitness fun, you'll be pleased to find an assortment of fitness equipment to keep you on your exercise program..

Inspiration Cove is single-story home with all five bedrooms on the entry level, with two master suites boasting a beautiful lake view.

While visiting Honeoye Lake, don't forget to bring your fishing poles for your chance at a large mouth bass! Or, bring your bike for a 19-mile venture around the lake.

A trip to Honeoye Lake isn't just for summer. Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow are both very close by for skiing. The quaint town of Naples offers the Fall Grape festival or a round of golf at a nearby course and a water hike through Grimes Glen. With Canandaigua an easy 20-minute drive to the east, many area attractions are right at your fingertips!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
