Step outside to your private oasis. The front patio features a large, comfortable seating area and a fire pit for cozy evenings. On the ground-level patio, you can unwind in the brand-new hot tub. Multiple balconies on the upper floors offer sweeping ocean and city skyscape views.



Inside, the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a blender, toaster, and a coffee starter kit. You'll love cooking with the high-end stainless steel Thermador appliances. The adjacent dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the large kitchen island. LOCATION

Family-friendly Street is just a short walk to Main Street and the beach. Home is located on a street, so street parking is accessible, bike path in nearby of home.

Less than a mile to Pacific City, Main Street, Pier, and the sand.

We are in the circuit shuttle service area. Catch a ride to/from Main Street, Huntington Beach Pier, and all your favorite shops and restaurants! Ride for only $2 per person, capped at $6 a ride. 4th and 5th person ride free!



NO GARAGE ACCESS

Parking is located on the street, please observe street cleaning times to avoid a ticket. Guests are allowed on vehicles to be parked on the site. Parking is in the rear. Please park on the left-hand side as close to the trash can as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home. Please note that there is an occupied ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) located above the garage which is completely separate from this rental and has its own entrance.

Famously known as “Surf City, USA,” Huntington Beach is located about an hour’s drive south of Los Angeles and offers a big dose of the cool Southern California beach vibe that surfers and beachgoers crave. If you know your stuff, you can show off your expertise by paddling out by the pier near the center of town—or you can sign up for lessons at schools in the area. The ocean here is chilly, so plan to wear a wetsuit most of the year.



When you’re not hanging out on the beach, you can keep busy with a number of ocean-related activities. Check out some local surf shops to purchase your own board—and don’t miss the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum for some fascinating surf history.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Check in process was very confusing and it was very difficult to get in touch with management. Some things were broken and dirty, very cheap furniture and kitchen was very poorly stocked. Personal mail/packages were at the door, including a notice that the property was missing some water inspection and water would be turned off in a couple weeks unless the inspection was done. However, it was a good location and great for multiple people to have all their own spaces and bathrooms.
