Clean and very quiet, despite being near the highway. Amenities were closed due to Covid precautions, but vending machines and nearby restaurants kept us satiated. I would have preferred "king size" pillows on the King size bed. 5 small pillows mad it difficult sleeping.

Rooms are nice and clean staff very friendly when we where heading to our room the young lady cleaning the rooms treated us as we passed her lovely young lady

check in was good, parking was at front door. breakfast ended to early. checked in at 12:30am and breakfast ended at 9am.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I'm sorry that you were not able to get breakfast. A staff member mentioned that you were looking to have breakfast as you arrived because you would be leaving before it opened the next day. Unfortunately by noon the breakfast has been closed for more than two hours. We hope that you will stay with us again.

Horrible. Customer service, Will NEVER return here

I booked and prepaid for a room for my adult son, I checked with the company that I booked with and was assured that as long as he had the card used to book plus his ID and a credit card in his name it would be no problem. He arrived during a horrible snow storm and was treated with horrible customer service from the front desk manager. He was accused of using a stolen credit card, He was so embarrassed and basicly told to leave, in the middle of a snow storm I had to drive 12 Kms in my city an hour and a half away from their hotel to sign the room waiver and send my drivers licence, I tried patiently to work out another solution but was so rudely dismissed by the front desk manager, when I sent back the waiver she handed my son the room key without saying one word. I will NEVER book them again for any reason. I called back later and was told that the owner did not have a voice mail, they couldn't spell his first name and didn't know his last name. My son was treated so rudely that he was to afraid to go to the front desk to ask for a hot tub and gym key, he spent an hour and 20 minutes in a freezing car during a snow storm while I worked out his room. In all my years in business I have never dealt with a manager with such disrespect to a customer with no apologies when it was finally worked out. Travelocity did their best. This Hotel is horrible, due yourself a favour and move on to the next hotel, If I could have given them a zero I would have. skip it!!

Best deal I've seen in quite some time. Price was very reasonable, room was cVean and spacious, wifi worked great, lots of parking, breakfast was ample and tasty. The only staff member I encountered (just cause I didn't need other assistance) was the desk clerk who was friendly, courteous and helpful. Very close (walking to some) to a variety of dining options of any level you might want.
