Staff was very good in receiving me and providing good customer service. Night desk clerk went above and beyond to help me leave satisfied in the early hours of the morning. Hotel might be 2 stars, but I thought the service and cleanliness suggested a higher rating.

For the most part it was fine but the mattress was too hard for me. Woke up with a sore back. But I am sure others may find it fine for them. Walk-in shower would be safer with a stronger water pressure would be nice. As seniors that would make our lives easier.
