i tried to check in and they gave me a very hard time. they wouldn’t let me check in. they didn’t give me a refund after telling me i couldn’t stay there due to me not having a credit card (my sister who was staying with me had a credit card) we then had to find a new place to stay at a different place. i do not recommend. honestly felt like a scam.

Very minimal hotel. Rooms are outdated, with the most smallest uncomfortable pillows. Ice machine was beyond disgusting and dirty, with the vending machine completely out of drink options. For someone like myself who can look past most things, I would not stay at this property again.

I was really surprised my room was not made up or the garbage emptied when I stayed a second night. That has not happened before. The staff simply removed my used towels. I am a frequent guest at this hotel

For the price, this stay was a decent deal. Hot breakfast included scarmbled egs and sausages plus the usual make your own waffles along with cereal, yogurts and assorted muffins and toast station. The room was clean. The overall vibe of the place is a bit dated but expected.

First room the door would not open after changing cards. It still wouldn’t work. Put us in another room. The room was so so hot. We had to open the windows and door to cool off Then when we went out I. The morning the door handle came off in our hand.

Just ok for an overnight

This was an ok motel that is close to the Kitchener airport. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a night I don’t think. While it was fine - room was clean - the heater was going off a lot as it was against the outside wall which was super drafty because of the sliding door. At 4 am the snowplow came and dropped its plow right outside that sliding door and started scraping and dropping over and over again. It was like a bomb going off. Kind of unnecessary - there was like 1 cm of snow on the ground.
