"Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this location, lots of train options and tons of dining and shopping right outside our door. Would stay here again for location."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed. A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter. "The onsen on the 14th floor is so great with beautiful views. Wish I had gone there last year when we stayed there. Would stay again at &Here Ueno because we love the staff and area so much. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Upper floors with park view are the only way to go."
