Entertaining the whole gang will be a breeze with such an open layout of the full kitchen and living area! Plus, a glass of wine can easily be enjoyed in the screened patio as the snow falls or the last light of a summer day fades away. Not to mention, streaming movies on the flatscreen TV or catching up on emails can be done in no time with high-speed WiFi available for your convenience.

Sitting right on the lake, you and your guests will have no lack of activities to embark on each day such as swimming, fishing, boating, and so much more! If you want a change of scenery from the water, simply head over to Dunham Bay Marsh (two-and-a-half miles), Buck Mountain Trailhead (five miles), or Lake George proper where you will find a plethora of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.

Dock details: There is a dock for guests to use at this home however there is no space for a guest's boat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
