Lovely long weekend

My husband and our 19 month old son had a lovely long weekend at the property. It’s in the perfect neighborhood, only about a block and a half from the beach. It’s the perfect set up for a small child who is in the move. We had a blast.

Great Option - Loft is not very accessible

This property is a great option overall and we had a great time! If you're looking for a two bed one bath close to the bay and beach, this place is great. But if you absolutely need the two twin beds in the loft, it's not a great option because the stairs are very heavy (you have to pull them out each time to access the loft) and are on a very steep angle (hard to get up and down). As an FYI, the loft has an approx. 6 foot ceiling or slightly less. (The only reason I gave the accuracy of listing 3 stars is because it doesn't mention any of these facts about the loft.) The property is new and clean, but the space is very tight. Most Lavallette houses are small inside, but this is quite small. Great outdoor space with a grill and outdoor shower, huge bathroom inside, large driveway that can easily fit two cars (and a small garage that fit my Hyundai Kona). Only a 1.5 block walk to beach with only one roadway to cross.

Very New Property Great Condition- Pro’s - short walk to beach, great oversized shower, good outdoor space under house Cons - uncomfortable couch, tv placed in awkward position for viewing.
