Nice renovations and quick check in. 3rd party shuttle to MetLife is still available and so convenient for going to a game. Ice machine on our floor was broken

Hotel had shuttle to MetLife for events. Very convenient for any events in the venue. Quick check in process. The quiet room on a corner was nice with a great view of the city.

Convenient location. Little assistance - car charger had poor instructions; staff unable to assist or direct where to obtain assistance. Booked a cot in advance - arrived 2am and told could not have a cot. No one available at checkout. Housekeeping was very helpful and kind.

I had a city view room. I really loved this. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. The pipes make a lot of noise in the shower.

Stayed there for the dance competition one night. We got a shabby outdated room. Starbucks downstairs was the only place for breakfast and had the slowest single person working there…. Consider breakfast delivery to the hotel…
