Nice and clean but a little noisy

The room was nice and clean and modern but it was very noisy. This was caused by other guests, thin walls and noise from cars outside. Still happy overall

Lovely, clean room, but small. Staff were very helpful and friendly when I messaged them. Ideal location. Very close to Oxford Street, so shops and transport within 5 minutes. Self check in took some time, but now I know, would be quicker next time.

The self service was a disaster as machine had run out of room keys. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and give us room keys. Room was clean and immaculate . great value for money. Beds need a rubbish bin and a second pillow though Would stay again

Quite comical all in all. The 'secure' front door was open when I arrived at 1130pm. (There was someone puking in the street outside). The door to my room was ajar when I got to it. There was a small hand towel and no bath towel. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the one in the hand basin didnt work. When I contacted both hotel.com and the hotel itself I got a bunch of gen z platitudes. Here's a quote on me asking how to get a towel: I’m really sorry about that I completely understand how frustrating that must be. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Cheers, Shawn Not sure it exhibits any understanding whatsoever. Z Hotels round the corner are about the same price, the reception is 24 hour and they assure me they provide towels.

Location was good. Check in was smooth. Space was tiny - hard to move around in. Shower was tiny, In one room, the main light was broken and there was no shower gel left in the shower. Beds were a bit hard.

There was a water leak and all the bathroom floor was flooded when we got there. The shampoo and bath soap containers were empty, no garbage bag. The place is nice, safe and convenient location to get to the airport. It was nice someone came to help us.

Newly renovated, easy access to central london. Its been designed to self check in and access. Staff memeber is there to make sure you get in with the pin sent to your phone and helpped me with the self check in. Room clean, small but perfect, clean and tidy. Fresh as newly renovated when i stayed. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect soze for 2 people. Stayed as was close to work and close to central london for me to catch ip with friends after work and stay over. Greay price for location and felt clean and sage to stay in.

Room was very clean and hotel was close to the London Tube. Cleaning staff was very helpful. Self check-in would not accept the Reservation Number or scan my passport, but other options allowed access. Questions were responded to quickly via email.

Great location!! The room was clean, 2 queen beds for a family of 4. The only disappointing thing, one morning the fire alarm went off and no one came to our rescue, the fire department didnt even turn up! We had to call the hotel and get instructions on how to tirn off the alarm!

Absolutely foul owners, do not stay here. Checked me into a room that was disgustingly and uncleaned from the previous people. The next morning as I’m getting changed two people enter my room! The owners are liars and tried to make out it was my fault this all happened? Do not stay here it will be a waste of your money.

Clean room and decent size for two. Everything seem new and the bathroom was good. Can do with a hand towel and a better hand soap dispenser as it was temperamental. There was some finishing touches required tiles with little grout. Plenty of sockets and lightening and working air con unit. Comfortable bed and fresh linden and towels. Great location to all we needed.

Important for me to communicate that this hotel is great and has been renovated! Everything is brand new and stay couldn’t have been easier to navigate. Room was comfortable and stylish. Would easily stay here again!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It is a great building while rooms are small it still has everything needed shampoo and body wash, an ironing board and a mini fridge and so on. It is also fairly close to sightseeing attractions and made it super convenient for us to walk everywhere. There is no staff on sight besides the housekeeper which did unfortunately walk into our room an hour after we had checked in. This did make us slightly uncomfortable however, it did not ruin our stay. Thank you upper Berkeley hotel we had a lovely stay.

We were on the 3rd floor walk up which was annoying but it was such a good price I can’t complain. No bag check but we did check in early. Area has cute shops and restaurant and really convenient to get around
