Good family stay, planning to come back

1 bedroom with a double and a single sofa bed, well equipped kitchen. The shower had been fitted with an inward hinged door rather than a slide or a screen. It was a squeeze to get round it and we are fairly normal sized! really good location close to tube, Westfield and DLR, on edge of Olympic Park, staff were really friendly. Really quiet could not hear neighbours or corridor noise. Planning to use it again

We love it here!! We have family who live in London so regularly visit and really enjoy staying at the Adagio…. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful, it’s relaxed, easy going, v convenient for the train network and the rooms with the little kitchenette are fab!! We stay here each time now so I think that says it all!! Thank you 👍

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was in a great location, and everything was well-maintained. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay and would highly recommend it!

Short overnight stay

Lovely hotel with plenty of amenities for a long stay use. Lots of hanging space for clothes and a quiet area. Not great with check in though. We arrived at 2.59pm to be told check in was at 3pm but there were 4 people before us and they had to wait for the staff to arrive. They turned up at 3.05pm then had a conversation and set up various devices to check us in. We were hanging around waiting when the staff should have been ready to go at 3pm. Not sure why it is 3pm when most hotels let you check in earlier.

Excellent location and facilities.

My friend and I stayed here when visiting the Lee Valley Velodrome. The location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the velodrome and so near to the shopping centre and various transport options. Our room was perfect and the facilities allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast in our room before heading out for the day. The only reason I reduced the star rating to 4 for service is because when we returned to the hotel later in the day after leaving our luggage earlier, the lady on reception told us we were too late to check in. We had informed a staff member earlier that we wouldn't be returning until late and were informed that, that would not be a problem as reception staff are there 24hours. She then said she would try to get us checked in but we would have to wait. We had to wait about 30mins to get our room. Her joke about someone already being given my luggage did not go down well. All other staff we encountered were excellent.

£100 deposit lets the place down

The apartment is lovely, compact and beju but as a family of 3 it was clean and comfortable. No parking in site, assume full. But the aour taste was the £100 deposit taken for one night. Whilst its in the ts&cs its a bit of a smack in the face after paying £300 a night.
