As a hotel to spend exactly one night so that you are close to LHR, this hotel is OK. Clean and adequate. It's a short walk to the tube station across the very busy street. The hotel shuttle busses don't stop here. The dining room/restaurant service is comically bad. As (un)luck would have it, we needed a second night at LHR and we stayed the next night at the other hotel across the street. That hotel is better than Atrium in every way.

It was a convenient location with a good price for the night before a morning flight from Heathrow. The room was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was excellent although the service was very slow, even though there were very few tables occupied.

If you’ve stayed in one of those hotels with tiny rooms you’ll understand when I say I love this hotel! Lots of space, affordable, across from the Piccadilly line and minutes from the center of London, minutes from the airport, quiet, great breakfast and dinner, sauna, pool, gym! The only complaint was the room upkeep - it wasn’t regular or thorough. But that’s fixable. This is now my go to hotel.

Extremely claustrophobic, poor ventilation

The room had no windows, which wasn’t clearly stated. There was no ventilation, and only a view directly into the food hall which is just terrible design. I couldn’t even open the curtains. I felt extremely claustrophobic and uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. The pillows hurt my neck and I had to check in late at night and check out early, which only made it worse. This really ruined the experience.

fantastic hotel, great view of runway

Great hotel with lovely swimming pool. steam room and sauna. Our runway view room had a great view of the runway. Room very quiet. The restaurant served great eveningeal but the breakfast was awful, so dont waste money on that!

We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight home. Great location; right across the street from the underground station so easy access from any point in the city and Heathrow Terminals. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very quiet despite the airport being right next door. Bed was comfortable and room clean; bathroom, while very nice, had some signs of needing some additional upkeep. There is a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and other meals; food was good. I am not sure if other establishments might be close by as it is right by the airport. Would definitely stay again.
