A comfortable two bedroom flat on the raised ground floor of a typical white stucco house, just eight minutes from Victoria Station in Central London.
Whether this is your first visit or you are returning to London this is a fabulous location in the centre of the most vibrant city in Europe.

The flat is close to the excellent transport facilities of Victoria (Underground, train, coach and bus) from where you can easily reach every part of London and the rest of Britain. It is very easily reached from all major airports and stations.

Eurostar is less than 30 minutes away and Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports can all be reached in under an hour.

By bus, tube, cab or even walking you can get to all of these places or landmarks within 25 minutes from the flat:

Interaction with guests

We always meet our guests to hand over the keys, walk guests through the flat and answer any queries as well as provide an overview of local amenities. If, due to arrival times, we are unable to meet guests on arrival we meet them at the earliest opportunity.

Long term rates will automatically be applied for stays of 7 days or more.

Early and late check in fees:

We offer a flexible approach but there is a late check in fee: ÂŁ20 for arrivals after 20:00 plus ÂŁ20 for each hour after.

Early check ins are dependent on availability and a fee will apply for morning check ins.
For guaranteed check-in before midday, please book the night before.

Please advise us as soon as possible if you expect to be late so we can make arrangements for a revised check in time.

For longer stays, we clean and change linen once a week.

Excellent location, friendly welcome, the flat was perfect for us with our two girls.

Excellent location, very close to all the shops we needed and close to Victoria Station with a large choice of buses going to all the touristy place we meant to visit. A lovely, rather posh area (Winston Churchill lived nearby, at 34 Eccleston square !) where we could feel at home and relax in the evening. Our teenage grand-daughter and her friend are ready to go back to London any time !

Super séjour

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé pour visiter Londres, proche du metro Victoria. TrÚs bien pour 5 personnes. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Liz. Par contre, l'appartement est mal insonorisé. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La salle de bain est petite et ne ferme pas à clef. Pour le petit-déjeuner leger, il n'y avait que quelques fruis, un petit paquet de gateau et petit paquet de cacahouÚte ainsi que 3 petites briques de jus d'orange. Pas de bouteille de vin à l'arrivée.

We had good tine in this flat. It 's ok for 6 people but bathroom is a bit small for all of us! Kitchen is ok but I was surprised because I couldn't see any tea pot ... In England!!! and dish is a bit small for 6!! it looks like pictures and very well located.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, in der NĂ€he von U-bahn und viele Restaurants in der Gegend.Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden und eine moderne Einrichtung. Sehr gute Kommunikation und ein frĂŒherer Check-in war gegen Aufpreis möglich.Das einzige ist, dass die Wohnung klein ist und daher geeignet fĂŒr Familie mit Kindern, fĂŒr 5 Erwachsene wĂ€re sie sehr eng. Am Esstisch haben 4 Personen gut Platz, bei mehr wird es eng.

We had the most horrible experience. Before even walking into the building, a lady rushed out asking for $50 cash because we got there early. Then, she started arguing with us because our 7 year old son was with us. She wouldn’t let us in until she called the owner who proceeded to charge us an extra $50 a day for our 7 year old son. The dryer didn’t work. The apartment is completely outdated. It has no AC and the weather was very hot during our stay. There was a numerous “house rules” that basically don’t let you do anything inside this very outdated place. Staying here really ruined our entire trip.

Lovely London in Summer

Cute comfortable property, very clean, had a delightful stay during a beautifully summery week in lovely Pimlico. Good kitchen. Helpful property manager including extra change of sheets during the week. Only negative was small bathroom with a door that didn't afford much privacy and a disappointingly weak shower.

Nice location, poor communication

The apartment was in a perfect location, nice location, 15min from Victoria bus/tube stations. Easy walk to grocery stores. Apartment was as described, good for our needs. Kitchen is sparse, no tools, so it’s hard to use for much. Greatest problem we had was with communication. Hosts like to communicate outside of VRBO chat, but this proved to be a big problem. After an initial back and forth email, I never received any additional emails from the host. While at the airport I contacted the host to let them know when we would arrive (train wasn’t running, bus was delayed). Host texted me (1st time) to say they were waiting at apartment for us on our “agreed arrival time”. We had never agreed on anything. In fact, I wondered how they would know when to meet which is why I reached out. They let me know multiple emails had been sent to me and said I never responded. To be clear, I never received any emails and if I had, I would have responded! We think that whatever property management software they use must have had technical problems and emails weren’t sent. So be aware of this problem and in the future I hope hosts will contact guests sooner instead of blaming the guest for the communication problems. Last thing to mention is that washer and dryer are available, but dryer is basically useless. You can only run washer during certain hours which is hard when you are out most of the day. There is also no manual- this would help a lot!

Great stay!

This flat was the perfect landing point for our week in London. Location was perfect with a ten minute walk to Victoria station. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Communication with host was great, Liz was responsive and attentive. The flat had all the comforts of home. The beds were so comfy. Building felt safe and secure. Only feedback for improvement would be: a coat rack would have been appreciated, and the remote for the tv does need to be replaced. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a central place to stay in London. Would stay here again.

Cute little flat. It is in such a good location to get everywhere. Bathroom is a little small but otherwise we made it work. The only con was because it is ground floor you hear noises above. We had night owls above us so we heard normal noises thru the night.

This flat is as advertised. Communication was great and it was nice to be met by someone on arrival who ran through the workings of the flat. Worth noting that you are staying in a flat with people living above you. This comes with the associated sounds. Unfortunately for us the people upstairs must have been shift workers as they were most active from 11pm to 2 am. Not noisy or anything but you could hear the floorboards creaking and water running during those times.

Location

The location was perfect for us. Having no steps was a definite plus. The apartment was easy to care for and had all we needed. We would have liked a walk in shower, a clothes dryer and a friendlier person to deal with. We were three mature women who have had rental property and we feel we were treated rudely by the caretaker. She refused to give us her name. We were able to visit all we had on our list and left England with a very positive jmpression. The TV clicker needs to be replaced.
