Stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and it has not disappointed yet! Very polite and friendly staff. Clean tidy and spacious hotel. Roof top restaurant is very nice.

It is right across the street from the airport. You might see plans Take off or land depending on your room. Service was great. Breakfast was amazing. Bed well... just like any hotel in UK bed. Not to comfortable.

I had booked this pre paid, non refundable stay months in advance only to receive an email the day before my check in that they had overbooked me and had to move my reservation to the nearby Sheraton. They said a confirmation from Sheraton would follow. I never received that confirmation despite my reply to their email. When I got to the Sheraton for check in they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had saved all email commun ications and c ould prove I had a reservation. The desk clerk spent a good 20 minutes on the phone but did manage to get it straightened out. This is not my idea of good customer service. The room was okay, but had only one lamp for lighting and no usb ports. I consider a usb port standard these days.

Book it!!! Its super comfy!!!

Amazing hotel! I absolutely enjoyed my stay there, although it was pretty short (3 nights). Bed soft, pillows cushiony...bathroom was sparkling clean! The location is close to the airport, and 30mins from the city centre by bus. Its quite far from Central London though, so be aware of that. Amazing customer service as well, staff was absolutely professional. Wifi was on point, tons of tv channels to watch, cleaning service on point...nah it was quite luxe!! Honestly, loved staying here and will book again next time.

I stayed here for a layover. There’s an airport bus available from the hotel to Heathrow which is great and fairly priced. Breakfast was included which was great. The room was large and spacious but really needs updating. Poor lighting.
