The staff and hotel is a hidden gem. While it may not have the amenities of other 5 star hotels, it makes up for them by providing a unique level of hospitality. A home away from home.

The staff are always and consistently brilliant at The Flemings and this visit was no different. From the front desk, concierge and the restaurant staff - just helpful & lovely. Rooms are glorious, clean and lovely & the location is so central it couldn’t be more convenient.
