The convenience to Heathrow is stellar. It’s quiet and very clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing. Weekend house keeping not so much. Didn’t even enter the room. Was there nine nights. Dining staff were not a good representation of the rest of the hotel. Not as professional or hospitable as everyone else. The room was clean. Spacious by London standards. Would stay again. Just not dine.

Being able to take a short walk from a flight to very comfortable accommodations at Heathrow is unique and so helpful to a frequent traveller. The staff were extremely welcoming and informed. The room was well-appointed for both rest and work, and it was quiet (no flight noise at all). My shower did not work, however, and having the outdoor smoking area between the airport walkway and the front entrance to the hotel was pretty unpleasant. Thank you overall for a great stay!

I can recommend.

It was a good stay. very clean, I was allowed to check-in early after contacting them with my itinerary before hand. breakfast was delicious with a good assortment. It would be nice to have bigger glasses for the drinks though. checkout was quick and easy. It is so conveniently close to Heathrow terminal 4. No getting stuck in traffic or leaving hours earlier for me. I loved that!. I'd definitely stay here again if I need a hotel.

Fantastic service

The service was terrific. A good example - when I checked out, I asked the Hilton employee if there was a shuttle to the airport. He asked what time my flight was at and gave me several options and after I chose the taxi, he walked me out and called a taxi over. I had a similar great experience when I checked in.
