ID VERIFICATION: To confirm your booking, we require a copy of your IDâjust like a hotel check-in. This helps us verify your identity and ensure the guest who booked is the one staying.
If youâre unable to provide ID or follow the property rules, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the booking, as these requirements must be respected.
- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).
- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building, and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartmentâyour privacy is respected.) If you do not follow this rule, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund, and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
- Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00. - NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor. - If you wish to drop off bags early or check in earlier, get in touch with us in advance; we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges ÂŁ30 for early check-in and ÂŁ12 for bag drop-off to get this organized with the cleaning team.

The location was very nice for our family. The connection to public transportation is very good. Communication with the landlord worked very well. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
I only searched for places with air conditioning and this place came up. We did not find out until arriving during a heat wave that there is no a/c. This would probably be fine if it wasnât so hot but one of the bedrooms has no windows and was therefore unusable. We had to use the living room couch for sleeping instead. Also, the place could have been cleaner and we killed a number of spiders and other bugs, big and small. Cleaning products were available though so we did our own cleaning. We had to leave the windows open for air so the mosquitoes were pretty bad too but this would likely be true of most places in London. One other frustration was that the host did not respond to messages. We were told we would receive information on how to access the place about a week before but we did not. I continually messaged the host without any response. We were less than an hour from our checkin time before we finally received access information which was very stressful. We were not sure we were even going to have a place to stay upon arriving in London and this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. On the plus side, the place is spacious with 2 bathrooms and we really liked the quiet and convenient location.
Property was clean and happy with the stay. Gerda was very consistent to answering my questions and getting us settled. We had a minor emergency and she was amazing at helping resolve it.
We booked this property for a long weekend. In advance of our stay we had plenty of helpful communication from Gerda our host.
Unfortunately the property was not ready by our checkin time and the housekeeper did not replenish bedding as required. Gerda liaised with us to resolve this issue and checked back with us to ensure all was ok and that we enjoyed our stay. We would return to this property as the location and outdoor seating area were great for our requirements.

8 of us stayed and there was plenty of room. A good communal space for drinks and a bite to eat. Easy parking on the road close by at weekends. Only a 5 minute walk to the tube which is on the Piccadilly line so straight into Covent Garden or Leicester Square. Weâd stay again.
Woning is met kleine scootmobiel toegankelijk. Bed was erg laag, suggestie gedaan voor hoger, steviger bed. Handgrepen bij toilet en douche zouden verbetering zijn, bij vervanging zou hoger toilet fijn zijn.
Wat betreft geluid: geen verkeersgeluiden, erg fijn! Wel gehorig in patio, of met open ramen, tav bovenburen maar dat was maar paar keer.
Stille straat, veel groen. De parkeerkaarten, die klaar lagen, moesten we in de auto leggen om 9.30.
Great and cost efficient for families visiting London- able to relax and take London at the Childrens pace.
Close to the tube and kings cross.
