Small but very aesthetic- perfect for pictures. The bathroom is gorgeous. Breakfast is healthy rather than a traditional big fry-up, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it may not suit you. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a bit noisy on the first night with a couple fighting at 02:30 in the morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Only down side was no hot water for a shower on the second morning. We had a train to catch so didn’t have time to raise the issue. Hotel clean and well set up.

Superbly decorated rooms, great location and good value. Only downside is the noisyness. The tube is fine, but the toilet waste pipe from upstairs rooms, noise from staff etc and outside noise was considerable. The door didn’t shut tight and a bit of extra noise insulation on the window may go a long way. Would definately use again having said all that..

Great location within a stones throw from 2 tube stations which was ideal for travelling around the city exploring. Clean , comfortable and good sized room for 2 adults and one child . Couldn’t fault hotel .

Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again.

Room was beautiful and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage as well which was very convenient. Only complaints were that room was on ground floor and right by the subway (convenient during the day) but made it incredibly loud as you can hear each train passing all night.

Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. There were just a couple of unexpected things that were quickly remedied by staff. The shower took a couple of minutes before water was warm enough to take a shower. The room was cold and thermostat was at max, but staff provided space heater which made room comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

My room was quiet and conveniently located near the park, which made the stay very pleasant. While the hotel doesn’t offer full dining options - a detail I unfortunately misunderstood - they do provide a breakfast service, and for other meals you’ll need to dine out or use online or local delivery services. The hotel makes this very easy by offering a selection of local delivery options online and everything I ordered arrived quickly, so the location works well for that purpose. Under normal circumstances I would have enjoyed dining out, as there are plenty of great places close by, but I was visiting for a medical procedure and needed in-room dining this time. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, and the room itself was a good size and very comfortable. For the purpose of my trip it was an ideal setup and I will visit again when I'm next in this part of a London.

The room was comfortable and clean. The problem was it was on the first floor facing the street. So you could hear music from the restaurant and traffic from the street. You could also hear the tube going underneath. The music did stop at night, but then started again at 7am. We did ask to move, but were told there were no other rooms available.

The room itself was a great size, situated on the lower ground floor. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom good size. Brought up a few issues and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, so that was very good 👍

Chose this hotel for the location, close to Hyde park, Notting Hill and Paddington. Right on multiple train lines which is handy to get around, but a short walk to SoHo when we wanted. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff were friendly, room was super spacious and comfortable for our time. Would definitely stay again

My new favourite hotel.

Close to loads of amenities such as 2 tube stations Bayswater and Queensway. Has a nice high street a road away. But also has scenic quiet routes. Honestly, the perfect hotel and my new go to for London! Room was perfect for a solo travel even couple. Staff were friendly and accommodating and let me keep my luggage after check out and let me use rest rooms. I plan on staying here again!
