Room was spotless, no batteries in tv remote, Bathroom spotless but a tad tired re paintwork Staff- amazing. Friendly, helpful, professional We ate in the bar area. I was heading to the bar to order and was told by the barman (clearing glasses) it was table service. So I sat and waited, and waited watching him empty glass washer and polishing glasses. I eventually had to prompt the barman to attend to us. My husband ordered salad with salmon as an extra. Barman returned, with apologies, to inform my husband there was no salmon so he requested chicken. All arrived, food was good. We paid the bill then realised we had been charged for salmon not the chicken. Only 50p or £1 but the error should not occur. We would recommend your place for the good massively outweighs the couple of minors

Nice hotel within vicinity of Heathrow Airport. Accommodating staff during late check-in. Nice comfortable room and decent breakfast. Car park does cost extra to stay, and try to park as close to middle as possible. There is only one lift at reception area so if your room is at one corner of the hotel, you have to go back to reception to take the stairs/lift to your vehicle.

Lovely hotel lovely room staff really helpful especially after we were given directions to a different Leonardo hotel so our journey took longer with eventful experience on London Underground but hotel gave us Complimentary Late Check Out 😃
