- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).
- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
- Quiet hours 20:00 - 09:00. - NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor. - If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges ÂŁ30 for early check-in and ÂŁ12 for bag drop-off to get this organize with the cleaning team.

Would absolutely stay here again! The place was clean, modern, and a comfortable place to come back to after days enjoying the London sites. We had 4 adults and 2 babies, and everyone was more than comfortable! The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and fast.
Nice replacement/upgrade for our original booking that got cancelled
This is not the place we originally booked - which got cancelled 5 days before we were supposed to stay. With the additional credit from VRBO, we were upgraded to this location. The building and unit are pristine. Nice location less than 10 minutes walk from the tube station. Quiet. Balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard. Kitchen was very functional, we also utilized the washer/dryer and hair dryer provided.
Just as depicted in the photos, the apartment was well-appointed, spotless, healthy, and comfortable. Lots of additional towels and sheets and blankets, made it feel cozy in the evenings, and lightning fast wifi meant the days when I had to work from home, it was seamless. An easy walk to central Shoreditch, offices around Clerkenwell and Broadgate, as well as friends, restaurants etc in Angel/Islington. Nights were very comfortable and absolutely silent/quiet. If I am back in London for an extended stay for work again, I would 100% try to book again because it truly felt just like home.
Very responsive host for a lovely apartment quite suited for our extended family of 8. We were able to drop off our luggage early. Very clean and well appointed. Our kids used the pullout sofas with extra bedding. Lovely bathrooms. The location is quiet, safe, and an easy 10 min walk to the Old Street underground. Good value for our family considering it was a last minute booking.
Super âboujeeâ flat for a reasonable price! Great location, and comfy sofas and beds. Would prefer check in to be done by ourselves to ease any dramas- but a pleasant stay! Nice to know the hosts are always available if need be!
