Stayed here on 2 separate nights as we were travelling around Europe by train. Location of hotel was spot on for the start and finish of our trip on the Eurostar. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling and looking for a handy hotel for Charing Cross and King's Cross

Very convenient for St Pancras with an excellent Italian restaurant attached. This was my 2nd stay & it was marred by the poor cleanliness of my upgraded room. It wasn't terrible but should have been so much better!

Extremely uncomfortable

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the manager did not care nor make any effort to rectify it. It was a hot and humid night and we didn’t sleep well. We will not stay here again.

Incredibly cool hotel design with fun and functional rooms. Friendly staff. Would happily stay here again. Glad we opted to get the breakfast - delicious. Great place to stay before catching the Eurostar to Paris.

Loved the hotel and all the amenities. The theme of our room was fun and well designed. The breakfast included was top notch. We ate like Kings and Queens. Close to subway and major train stations. Lots of places to eat around the area. You will not be disappointed with your choice of this hotel.
