I absolutely loved my stay at Middle Eight! The room was super modern and stylish—exactly my vibe—and the bed was insanely comfy. After a long day out, it was the perfect place to relax. The whole ambiance of the hotel was so relaxing, and honestly, the staff made it even better. They were so kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. It felt like a little oasis right in the heart of London. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay - very welcoming greeting on arrival. We were early and the room wasn’t ready understandably but it was prioritised and ready within half an hour. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Lovely room with nice outlook very comfortable bed. Great location.

We really enjoid our stay, very central in walking distance to everything we wanted, and we will come back again. my honest feedback for improvement - for the price paid, it was a very disappointing breakfast considering £60 paid for two persons. It was on ordering service but too little and a very disappointing/empty/non excising "buffet" considering 5*. No bread, no continental at all...That will not happen again.

Great hotel - staff were super friendly. Only issue I had was that i couldn't turn the air con off in my room - i turned it off but it stayed on! Thankfully temperature was ok so wasn't an issue. Based on location and staff I would happily stay here again.

I honestly can’t imagine why you’d stay anywhere else. As ex-Londoners we are super picky and wanted to be in the centre. You are super close to 2 tube stations and an easy walk to almost anywhere with lots of places nearby to grab a coffee or a bite. The rooms are big by London standards (and have space for your luggage!) and super well appointed with great showers. The staff could not be more accommodating-every single person we interacted with was great. Highly recommend!

Pros: Good central location. Clean hotel with stylish modern decor. Nice breakfast. Cons: Could do with a bit of repairs to some of the woodwork etc. Occasional noise (sounded a little like an underground train).

5* stay at the 5* hotel.

Booked in advance for a shopping and theatre trip. Recieved a compliments room upgrade which was a lovely surpirse. Arrived early and was allowed access to the room some 4 hours before check in which was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean, the hotel modern and fresh. Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Securely stored our belongings on the sexond day after check out so we could continue with our shopping appointments. Staff are all extrenely helpful, smart and polite. Fantastic hotel, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely hotel, friendly people but need more staff!

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Unfortunately they were horribly understaffed at breakfast and forgot about our room service order. We visited the restaurant instead thinking this would improve the situation but the poor lady running service was run off her feet. Very average breakfast after the wait.
