Modern, clean, and comfortable

This flat was the perfect accommodation for our family of four. Great location with easy tube access into central London, clean and comfortable, excellent communication from the host. We really loved being able to cook meals and do laundry on site, which was a huge cost savings on our trip. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location and Functional Space

This property is conveniently located close to two underground stations with numerous local restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The unit is in an old building but the owners have made an effort to upgrade the property with recent improvements to the bathroom and kitchen.The place worked very well for our needs which was primarily a place to sleep and have coffee in the morning. The kitchen is very small so if you are planning on gourmet cooking this place might not work too well.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent to get around London - a short walk from both the Stockwell (some stairs) and Nine Elms (fully accessible by escalator) tube stations. Conveniently close to coffee shops, small grocery stores, and a local pub. The apartment itself is comfortable and cozy. Each of the two bedrooms is a good size, with a comfortable bed and adequate storage, and very quiet at night for a good sleep. The bathroom is modern, and we particularly liked the heated towel rack. The kitchen is outfitted with a full-size fridge and freezer, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, along with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There is also a small clothes washer (no dryer, but a folding rack on which all but our heaviest clothes dried within a day). The sitting area is nice, with a table, four chairs, a sofa, and a tv on which you can stream from your accounts. Lukas was very responsive on the Vrbo app, and check-in was smooth. We were very glad that early check-in was available for a fee, given that our flight landed in the morning at Gatwick. From arriving at the gate to going through customs, picking up our checked luggage, taking a train to Victoria station, the tube to Stockwell, and the short walk to the apartment took about 1.5 hours. A quick nap and a shower and we were off to explore the city.

Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of London

We had the great pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment in London for a few days. The location is simply unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk from the nearest underground station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Whether you want to visit the famous landmarks or stroll through the charming streets of London, everything is within quick reach. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and extremely cozy. You can immediately tell that great attention to detail has been paid to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and after a long day in the city, we were able to relax perfectly. This apartment is also very suitable for families – we stayed here with four people, and it was just perfect for us. I can only highly recommend this apartment – a perfect retreat in a bustling city!

Great flat!

Had a great experience staying in this flat. Very clean & decorated nicely. Convenient proximity to the tube station (5 min walk). We were a little nervous about coming to London as we hadn’t travelled there before but felt really safe in this area. Check in & out was very easy. The owners are super kind & responsive- even left us a bottle of prosesco. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Such a nice apartment

First of all Lukas was just the best in communicating with all my questions and concerns. I am a 76 year young grandmother who took her 18 year old grandson on his first European trip! We loved the apartment! It was so nice for us to each have our own bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and quite comfortable! The Stockwell tube station is just a short walk from the apartment. There is a small grocery store and a Pret a manger shop on the corner across from the tube stop. There are just a few more stairs than I expected. I only mention this in case someone does have stair issues. The only other comment I would make and Lukas and I discussed this is the door lock. It’s just a little tricky if you don’t understand the European doors. Best solution is to open the door and have another person go in and see if they can easily open the door. If not turn the key and try it again. We had locked ourselves in a couple of times.

Great flat to call home while vacationing

Cozy little flat nicely upgraded and close to the tube for easy access to London and all sites. The immediate area there isn't too much, a pub/restaurant or two, but you need to tube to everything. Again, super easy to get to the station and zip around so isn't an issue. Small kitchen, nicely upgraded with plenty of amenities, great updated bath/shower. Two bedrooms on opposite sides of the flat so if you have more than one couple vacationing, you have your space/some privacy at night. Lucas was responsive, had great recommendations. Overall great flat, I'd recommend!

Lukas was incredibly flexible with letting us drop our bags off early as we’d been traveling for 24+ hours. He gave great directions from the airport & to the concert we were going to. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, & the coffee maker was a highlight for our adult children who are zombies without it. (We’ll likely be seeing the machine on their Christmas lists.) The apartment was well-located to the Underground & grocery stores. We had a great time at the Priory Arms, the pub which is very close by. We highly recommend!

Well equipped and modernised apartment with easy , walkable access to tube stations.Lovely outlook from windows, over gardens with parakeets and squirrels to watch go about their businesses. Perfect find for a stay in London

Very close to Stockwell station and property easy to find - within a nice, clean and friendly residential block. Check-in was super easy. It is a top floor apartment so very peaceful and has nice views (stairs are not too many). Brand new fittings and furnishings made our stay feel luxurious and we loved the chosen interior - listing photos were accurate. Our host was lovely and had provided great amenities in the apartment and extra helpful information about local area to feel at home during our stay. Would definitely return and 100% recommend.

Stunning Apartment close to public transport

Lukas apartment was very stylish and is located in a gated community near Stockwell Station. Me an my partner felt very safe and loved the decoration. The apartment has everything you need to cook a delicious dinner or there are also some great restaurants close by as per recomendation in the welcome guide.
