Alors le tel il était trop loin j'ai beaucoup gaspiller mon argent et puis on a eu j'ai eu un bon accueil quand même mets le parterre il était pas bien ça faisait trop de bruit quand on marché et puis le lit il était pas bon non plus quand on bouger quand je bougeais c'est grand c'est sinon l'accueil ça va mais le problème c'est trop loin la prochaine fois que je commande chez vous il faut que ce soit en centre-ville parce que dans le centre-ville on peut avoir des hôtels pas trop chers à Londres merci beaucoup mais ça me coûter cher ok

Hôtel vétuste , petit déjeuner mediocre , chambres sales ( l aspirateur doit y etre passé un fois l an et encore !) La moquette est sale et poussièreuse . Salle de réception style discothèque en dessous des chambres ultra bruyant. Heureusement la literie était correcte et le personnel à l accueil sympathique, on peut cependant pas en dire autant de la personne qui vous accueil au petit déjeuner !!!!! Bref à fuire !

Très vétuste

Hôtel et chambres très vétustes. Dur à dormir car des fêtes tous les soirs en face des chambres. Salle de déjeuner odeur répugnante,des graine à souris et rat dans la salle de déjeuner. Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner qui était infecte. Rien à manger..des croissant rassis,du lait caillé,6 youart au fruit . Fuite d eau du toit sa coulais parterre. Très mauvais hôtel à ne pas conseillé

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres.Réception 24/24.facile d accès à pieds ou voiture.parking privé.style classique.literie souple propre.Ne pas exiger sans poussières ou trace de calcaire.la salle de bain est propre, il faut penser à éteindre l eau pendant le savon sinon piscine...établissement bien pour budget moyen a Londres..inclure prix métro en plus.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The man on reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I arrived he looked up at me gormlessly and said I don't have your reservation. I showed him email confirmation as well as a receipt of payment. He just blankly said its not on my computer screen. I said do you want to check the confirmation number etc. He then miraculously found the booking. The room key would only last for about an hour so you'd constantly need to keep going back to reception for new one. In the room there was no toiletries, not even just a bar of soap. No water in the room and the tap water was not drinkable. On day 2 of my stay I came back at 11pm after a long day at work, just wanting to go to sleep. As I pulled in to the car park the rudest man pulled the gate forward and started screaming at me to use the other car park entrance. Which no one would have any idea there was a second entrance as it wasnt signposted and was slightly further up the road. The cleaners would knock on the door but walk into the room at the same time not waiting for your response. On top of all of that , the hotel had construction work going on , which they didn't advertise or tell any of their guests. So after working all night, i got back to my room for some sleep, only to have a huge drilling noise all day going on! If they had told us there was construction work going on we wouldn't have booked a room there. On top of that they were still charging £63 a night for a shody room with construction noise banging.

Trying hard

$50 cad taxi from airport each way.. the cost more than the hotel staff tried hard to help .. brand new to the hotel .. breakfast was terrible .. coffee cold This hotel is still 40 drive to Big Ben..

部屋はかなりきれいな方だと感じました。シャワールームは丁度よいお湯が出ます。少し汚れはありましたが、それほど気にならない程度です。朝食も自由においしくいただけます。値段を考えると十分なサービスだと思います。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Very disappointed with state of property

Hotel totally run down, looks like it's been run on a shoestring. Breakfast was a complete joke unless you like hard boiled eggs cold and that's the best part. electrics look unsafe throughout the property. I stay at least one day away at many hotels, this one I will not be revisiting.

My stay

I'd driven about 160 miles, when I arrived. At reception, there was already a man there. The receptionist decided to check me in at the same time, as he'd already checked the man in and was waiting on something which didn't take long. After he'd left, I handed over my confirmation email but the receptionist had difficulty in finding my booking. He did eventually find it and then told me to fill in my car's registration number and to sign it, which I did. The receptionist then carried my suitcase to my room. As my car was parked on the main road, I had to drive to the traffic lights, turn the car round and drive back up to the other traffic lights. I wasn't allowed to turn the car round, so I went right. I turned the car round, outside a school, and went back and went left and drove into their car park. I then found the TV switcher had only one battery in it. So, I took to reception and he gave me four different ones to try. He told me, if I had any more problems I had to phone him. Later, I found my bathroom had no toilet paper. This was quickly resolved, after I phoned him. When I left, after checking out, I found someone had moved my right hand wing mirror for no reason.

Awful hotel!!!! 4 showers between 2 rooms all broken or leaking. Breakfast awful.... Do not stay here eapecially if you have a family. Kettle broken and room in general poor conditon. Told on check in that we needed ID, this was not mentioned on booking, as rooms were being trashed. Would never go back.

This place is disgusting I had no hot water no central heating The place is dirty and the staff at reception very rude and they just don’t care where are young boys doing a man’s job I was promised a refund as I couldn’t stay in the place it was that bad and they kept lying to me about refunding me in the end I had to go back to hotels.com in order to get my refund do you not stay in this place avoid like the plague

I'll be back...

I have stayed many times at this hotel. It has recently changed owners and management. I cannot fault the friendliness of the staff and they cannot do enough to make your stay there be a pleasant experience. My bags were carried from the car straight to my room by Sam the manager. Heaters were supplied in the room as the temperature was quite cold. I know some previous comments from customers have said that the rooms are due an upgrade but I would like to say that I would rather have friendly accommodating staff than a brand spanking new room. It was clean it was tidy and suited my needs. I ate in the Terminal 6 bar restaurant and I was amazed at the value and even more with the quality and taste of the food. Please see image attached to this review, it was so good. The value for money is exceptional and I for one will definitely be staying there when I can.
